Guerrilla was tasked with creating a dynamic portfolio website to showcase our video production work and services. The site had to highlight expertise and creativity, positioning Media Mill as leaders in the industry within the greater Dublin area in Ireland. 

The bulk of the project included creating a new website from scratch to replace our previous site which had been made via Wix. This had to be suitable for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms, whilst also being fast despite the amount of video material that would be featured throughout. 

Other elements in the project included the creation of ‘Case Study’ pages to showcase previous video production work and highlight our positive client feedback.

The website also had to act as a lead generation tool, with contact forms designed in such a way as to speed up the overall pre-production process with prospective clients.

Lastly, the website also had to function as a podcast hosting platform for Media Mill’s own vodcast, Video Vantage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, our previous website was not configured for tracking traffic and interactions, so we don’t have hard like-for-like date to compare. However, since launching the new website, we have seen a large uptick in queries via the new sites contact form, as well as regular traffic to the site.  

Feedback from clients and fellow video production contractors has also been very positive, with many commenting on the overall slick presentation of the new website.

Guerrilla were highly efficient when it came to overall project timelines and communication. Everything was handled in a calm, fair and transparent manner, with key project milestones clearly communicated and adhered to. All client queries were responded to in a timely fashion, with complex technical matters in particular being explained in a clear and concise way which was of huge benefit to the overall development process.

Guerrilla’s expertise in the sector was apparent from very early in the consultation and scoping process. However, what was most impressive was not only their passion for their industry, but their ability to be able to make the ins and outs and various technical considerations of web development accessible and understandable. Our previous experience with other vendors had made us initially hesitant to even undertake the web development process. Our experience with GUERRILLA was a breath of fresh air. They made the whole project a calm, easy-going going, and ultimately enjoyable experience as each project milestone was achieved.

Unfortunately, we were unable to track traffic on our previous website. However, since partnering with Guerilla Marketing, we’ve set up a Google Analytics account for the new website, allowing us to monitor online engagement with Ace Enterprise Park more effectively.

Since the launch, we’ve seen a notable increase in inbound enquiries regarding the resources offered at our centre. Importantly, our booking process for Ace staff has become fully hands-off, enabling members to seamlessly access their own booking requests, view room availability, track invoices, and review order history autonomously.

Overall, feedback from our members has been overwhelmingly positive, with a marked increase in satisfaction following the new site’s launch!

Research was completed indepedndently by Guerrilla round all aspects of our business which led to enhancement of the content we provided. All areas of our website were developed to our particular needs and design choices and everything we requested was completed promptly. Timelines were adhered to and as our project needed to be fast moving and had a set lauch date, it was imperative that the work was completed consistently and it was.

Guerrilla offered knowledge on all areas in an extremel patient and helpful way. We were kept up to speed on everything as it was developed, the pros and cons were explored and there was time to fully understand the direction as the project progressed.
