Ongoing Google Ads campaign setup and management. On-page SEO and AI-Ready content optimization across all domains.

Grupa Insight demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. The migration from WordPress to Sulu CMS was delivered in agreed phases with clear milestones. The team communicated proactively — any technical blockers were flagged early and resolved quickly, including issues specific to Sulu's multisite architecture. Rafał and the team were highly responsive to our requests and flexible when scope adjustments were needed. Deliverables including UX/UI designs, content migration, and SEO implementation were completed on schedule. Overall the collaboration was smooth, professional and well-organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was Grupa Insight's combination of deep technical expertise and a genuinely consultative approach. They didn't just execute the brief — they proactively identified opportunities we hadn't considered, particularly around AI Search Optimization and structured content architecture for Sulu CMS, which is a niche platform not many agencies work with confidently. The team's ability to handle a complex multisite migration while simultaneously running SEO and Ads campaigns without disruption to our live traffic was particularly valuable. Communication was clear and honest throughout — when challenges came up, we heard about them immediately along with a proposed solution.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something GRUPA INSIGHT Sp z o.o. could have done differently?

No significant areas for improvement. If anything, we would have appreciated even more detailed documentation of the technical decisions made during the Sulu CMS implementation — particularly around the multisite configuration — to make future in-house maintenance easier. That said, the team was always available to answer questions, which largely offset this.

PageSpeed scores improved after frontend optimization. Payment gateways live (PayU, Stripe). Amazon and Base.com integrations operational. Full Google ecosystem configured (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Tag Manager, My Business, Maps).

Grupa Insight managed the project in a structured and transparent way throughout. They divided the work into clear phases — discovery, design, development, integrations and launch — and communicated progress at each stage. Deadlines were met consistently, and when minor adjustments were needed, the team proactively flagged them early rather than at the last minute. Their responsiveness was one of the strongest aspects of the collaboration. Questions and change requests were handled quickly, usually within the same business day. The team was flexible when our priorities shifted during the project and adapted the scope without disrupting the overall timeline. The technical complexity of the project — simultaneous integrations with Base.com, Amazon, PayU and Stripe, alongside performance optimization and full Google setup — was handled without issues. We always felt that the team understood both the technical and business side of what we needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to handle the full scope of a complex e-commerce project without needing to involve multiple vendors. Design, development, integrations, performance optimization, analytics setup and ad campaign support — all delivered by one team that understood how these elements connect to each other. They didn't just execute a brief. They asked the right questions upfront, identified potential issues before they became problems and suggested improvements we hadn't considered. The PageSpeed optimization in particular exceeded our expectations — the performance gains had a measurable impact on both user experience and conversion. Their combination of technical depth and practical business thinking was rare. Most agencies are strong on one side or the other. Grupa Insight delivered on both.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GRUPA INSIGHT Sp z o.o. could have done differently?

The overall experience was very positive, so there is little to criticize. If anything, more structured progress updates during the development phase would have been helpful — not because anything went wrong, but simply to reduce the need to ask for status checks manually. A brief weekly summary would have been a nice addition. That said, whenever we did reach out, the response was always fast and clear. This is a minor observation rather than a real concern, and it did not affect the quality or timeline of the delivered work.
