I'm Head of Sales Development of a Medium-sized IT scale-up. The company develops Solar technology solutions that help companies design, estimate, and optimize commercial and utility-scale solar assets.

GrowTech has helped us with Lead Generation. Based on our company's Ideal Customer Profile Criteria, GrowTech has successfully delivered 1,000 Accounts, with approximately 3,000 Decision Makers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've had approximately 3 demonstration calls with a different type of vendors in the same space. GrowTech stood out from the rest of the competition because of its extra-mile attitude and reasonable pricing.

To GrowTech, we've provided ideal Customer Profile Guidelines, as well as Buyer Persona guidelines. We did a small sample of 20 Accounts, in order to check if we're on the same page. After multiple calls and emails, we've made some changes. After those changes were implemented(clarification of ICP criteria), we've decided to move forward with the project.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

GrowTech's CEO was the main point of contact and their Project Manager. They did manage a project but their Lead Research Specialist Team generated us companies with decision makers in them.

Working with GrowTech is extremely easy to create predictable sales process, as they were delivering us Companies and Leads on time. The quality was great, and the people we worked with were interested in our solution.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was great. The communication is on the spot, very responsible Team and proved their extra-mile attitude.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Small details. In an example of Decision Makers, they usually have multiple job titles. GrowTech provided us with very clean lists. This was the least expected. They also recommended to segment companies, and Buyer Personas, which actually helped us achieve better results.

There were some errors for some people that it wasn't a Personal LinkedIn URL but Sales Navigator URL(up to 5 errors in the entire list).
