I found them on Upwork. The reason I chose them is because of their professional communication skills.

There were 3-5 people who I was in contact with throughout the development of the project. Their positions varied from Project managers to actual developers.

The end result was exactly what we requested. They didn't cut any corners when developing the software and always contacted us if there were any issues or changes with the development process. We hold multiple Zoom meetings to discuss the project. They were very personal, and it was clear that they were aiming to deliver the best for their customers.

Our main communication channel was email, but that didn't stop them from replying extremely fast. I barely had to follow up with them to get updates on the project. They regularly updated me on the project.
