Ghalib Traders was established in 1976. It is one of the top wholesalers in Pakistan. Which deals with new & recondition photocopier machines, Printers and the complete variety of part. I am the owner of Ghalib Traders.

We hired them for developing our website. Services we availed were Website development and later for SEO services.

What were your goals for this project?

We are old in the business and the main goal was to establish a platform for earning Government contracts.

A business friend recommended them. He had the experience to work with them. On his positive feedback, I hired them.

With very little information I asked them to come up with few design options. The team presented me with 4 design options. My requirement was to design a beautiful interface with separate pages for our products and services. I asked them for a contact form and to display business information.

In 2017 I hired them for website development and in 2018 I hired them for SEO services.

What was the team composition?

They assigned me a POC with whom I communicated throughout the project. They had a team of 3 web designers and 4 web developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had the local market experience with us but we dint have the website. After a few months, the corporate sector started to contact us via the website. Later we had contracts with the government. I was not expecting such a quick response.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were always on point and to the point. Communication was easy and the response to my feedback was excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like quick response and the team did its best to be as quick as they can be.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really, they were on point and the whole process was so smooth and easy.

Our website was outdated and we were facing multiple issues related to design and performance. Our goal was to revamp the site in order to achieve better sales, performance, and user-friendly design.

The site is developed in WordPress. They came up with a very high-quality design mockup which was approved by our management.

After the launch within 03 months, we saw a jump of around 35% in our sales. We conducted a customer survey as well regarding the new design and 92% of customers are loving the new site.

We used Zoom and slack for the communication. The project lead was always available for communication and follow-up.

The site is developed on WordPress. As per the initial meeting, it was decided that they will present us the design mockups and once the mockup is approved they will move to the development phase & so on to completion of the project.

We finalized the mockups & provided them a green signal. From then we sit back and weekly we have one meeting regarding the development phase.
