We hired Graphiters for designing and developing our website. The challenge was to display our work in a meaningful manner for our clients. The impact was awesome because they created case studies for every project and it helps the buyers to decide.

What were your goals for this project?

The Goals of the project were to display our completed projects & to add another medium of generating leads. Earlier we had to display our project images manually to our clients. Now, we provide them with a web link. Most of the clients are impressed by our website design.

We found them over the internet. We shortlisted 7 companies and we decided to go with them. They had the most decent portfolio out of all other companies.

Four resources were assigned. 1 of them was responsible for communication and requirement gathering. 1 of them was a lead web designer and 1 was Lead web developer and 1 content writer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Yes, they impacted our business in a positive manner. The case study section is helping us in securing many clients. Also, we receive 1-5 leads every other day through contact us form.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was completed ahead of the deadline. Throughout the project, the response time was highly professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by the design of our website and the completion of the project before the deadline, which is rare.

There is always room for improvement but in this case, i was not able to find out any areas for improvement.

Before hiring them we had multiple discussions. We discussed each and every step that would be a benefit to my business.

We discussed the design of the website and how we are going to rank our website. The sessions helped me in learning a lot of stuff, especially how the digital world works. All the sessions were documented by the Graphiters team.

My team provided them with the text and images for our website. Their responsibility was as follows:

1. Design a clean interface.
2. Each destination will have separate pages.
3. Editing of the images.
4. Content formatting.
5. Contact options for clients.
6. Register my business on Google my business.

The impact was remarkable. When we hired them we had no website, no social media accounts & no online presence. They helped me build my business from scratch.

I felt as if they are my team members and as if they are my business partners. Now, my business is dominating my competitors and 90% of total leads are coming through my website. All credit goes to them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They came up with a sprint plan. Every sprint was delivered on time. The project was completed one week before the deadline. The POC guy was too quick in responding & he knew what and how to respond.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Each and everything was impressive, from gathering information to the completion of the project they impressed me on every stage.

The response time was amazing. They are good listeners. Honest and dedicated. They behave like your own team members. I loved my website design and to date, i have not faced a single bug or issue in my website.

No way not at all.

We are old in the business and the main goal was to establish a platform for earning Government contracts.

With very little information I asked them to come up with few design options. The team presented me with 4 design options. My requirement was to design a beautiful interface with separate pages for our products and services. I asked them for a contact form and to display business information.

In 2017 I hired them for website development and in 2018 I hired them for SEO services.

They assigned me a POC with whom I communicated throughout the project. They had a team of 3 web designers and 4 web developers.

We had the local market experience with us but we dint have the website. After a few months, the corporate sector started to contact us via the website. Later we had contracts with the government. I was not expecting such a quick response.

They were always on point and to the point. Communication was easy and the response to my feedback was excellent.

I like quick response and the team did its best to be as quick as they can be.
