Over the years we have successfully researched, developed, and strengthened our pharmaceutical marketing segment and are still providing health care products that are among the best in the country. We hired them to design and develop an eCommerce platform for our company. We have some organic products which can be directly sold to the customers and other Nutraceutical Products cannot be sold to the customers directly. However, we want those products to be listed on the site. They designed the site in a way that we have both the categories and each category has its own products. Customers can buy our organic products from the site and for Nutraceutical Products they can learn more about the products from our website.

We found them over the internet. The reputation and customer feedback were impressive so we ask them for a proposal. They understood our problem and proposed the solution in our first online meeting. This helped us to decide and we hired them.

The site is developed in WordPress. They suggested us the design mockup and after the approval of the design, they came up with a demo link that was functional. After the development, they shared a few online tools to test our site and scores were above 95% on those tools.

They were 2 designers and 2 developers plus a project lead. Total of 5 team members.

For Organic products, we calculated a jump of around 25% sales. Nutraceutical Products which is a b2b model we saw a jump in leads as well.

The website was completed within 03 weeks and for most of the communication, we used to zoom.

Overall the short journey was impressive but the most impressive thing was that they quickly understood our problem and came up with the best possible solution.

Our team is satisfied with them so I don't think so.

During the initial meetings, we discussed the brief with the team. They came up with a design mockup which was well appreciated by our management. Within 15 days they demonstrated the functional demo. After the approval of the functional demo, they deployed the site on our main domain.

The redesign is well appreciated by our clients. We saw a jump in leads as well. The bounce rate is also improved and users are staying on-site after the new design.

After launching the site we pitched for the investment to a Dubai-based investor portal. They funded us for expansion. We are in process of adding more products. We plan to launch big at the start of 2022.

We asked them to prepare a Google Sheet for the project timeline. The sheet was updated after the completion of each sprint. For online meetings, we used Microsoft teams. The project was completed within the timeline as promised.

The client on-boarding process was the most impressive in terms of client handling. In terms of work, they knew what to do and how to do it. Everything was to the point and professional.

I think they should add a pricing section on the agency website. The client needs to fill the form for estimates.

We are in the process of on-boarding the Vendors. As per the proposal they shared the Website performance score which is 90+ on Google's Page speed testing tool.

We used Zoom as a major communication tool. PM was always available for us for quick response. We had weekly meetings with them on every Monday.

Overall experience was excellent. We had smooth journey throughout the project from the advance payment to completion of the project. Most impressive thing was that all the commitments mentioned in the proposal was completed within time and was self-initiated by their team.

They designed developed and Optimized the website. They helped us in setting up all social media accounts, Google my business, Advertising campaigns on Google and Social media accounts. There were responsible for building up the restaurant's visibility, reputation, social hype & awareness.

They assigned us 12 resources. Which are as follow: Web designer = 2 Web developers = 3 Communication lead =1 Graphic designer = 2 Photographers = 4 For SEO and other services, i have no idea how many resources were used.

The impact is marvelous especially in terms of new customers. Customers search the internet for the best restaurants and our restaurant website popups. Also, we have customers coming through social media marketing.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was impressive. The project was completed on time and every phase was well planned and they followed up with me on every stage.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I believe in execution rather than planning. They are unique because they execute as per plan which is rare. They planned each and every phase of the project and executed it professionally & timely. The photography team was a bunch of young photographers and it was a complete fun to work with them. The result they produced was outstanding. The photography team covered 60% of the restaurant's atmosphere and 40% food. This trick worked very well for fine dining customers.
