St. Vincent de Paul Society of Milwaukee (SVDP) experienced ongoing issues with the former version of its website, including frequent outages and instability, especially during the busiest operational season. To immediately address these urgent issues, the team at Graphic Brother rebuilt the old website into a modern, secure and easy-to-manage CMS (WordPress) with an easily editable builder (Elementor). They replicated the previous site structure, content and functionality and eliminated the downtime and technical limitations caused by the legacy, custom-coded system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The influx of requests for our programs and services, donations made in support of our work, and general inquiries meant that the website was fully functional and accessible to our constituents and the general public.

The team consistently met deadlines and were extremely responsive to any questions from our team or when actions steps were needed to move our project along to completion.

The team at Graphic Brother really listened to our organization's immediate needs as it pertained to our website. They quickly identified and proposed solutions and a schedule for our time-sensitive project.

We don't have anything to recommend in terms of how to improve their services. They provided excellent client service and communication, and met all of our expectations relevant to the project.

We needed a refresh of our current website. The goal was to streamline our the bulb dedication/donation process in preparation for a large campaign Additionally, we implemented new features using feedback and insights from the past 3 years. We also updated our content, templates, client experience and an overall cleaner site design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is faster, and clients are spending more time on the site. Easier to navigate, the bulb dedication process is more user-friendly, and brand content was updated to reflect our vision.

We discussed a process and timeline at the beginning. I needed it complete by a certain date, and they delivered on that date. Also, kept me up to date on any missing items from my end and what the next steps would be throughout the project.

They are creative and extended ideas for the site. They were very knowledgeable about different tool integrations and able to set up workflows.

This is our second time working with them on a large project, and I have had no issues.

We hired Graphic Brother to enhance our website to improve the overall user experience and to update information as our school offerings had changed. They improved the navigation of the website, set up an interface to automatically pull in social media pictures and video, set up Google analytics on the site, and improved the open house sign up page including bot protection.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Sign ups for our open houses were up over 2x over the previous year. We had no historical information on website analytics for a comparison, but we can now see how many unique visitors we have, which pages they visit, and how long they spend on each page.

The response to requests were very quick. We usually had a response within 24 hours (many times within an hour). Most updates were done same day with the biggest refresh taking less than 2 weeks to complete.

Graphic Brother's work was well done with minimal errors. Their response time was very quick, usually less than 1-2 hours, and the changes/updates were completed very quickly.
