I am the CEO of Krashi Upaj, Krashi Upaj is a platform to help farmers, traders and others to be updated with the latest Mandi Market rates for crops and commodities. Users can check prices at different Mandi Markets in India. The app also has weather information that would help users get accurate weather and rain information to plan ahead.

Within 1st Week after the Go-Live on app store. We have about 300 users. I am very satisfied with the delivered project.

The project manager was great. She always shared MOM after each call. Our calls were led by her and she made sure that the team understood clearly the points discussed during the call. She was prompt with email. The project was delivered on time and the scope of the project was met.

The mobile apps work seamlessly at the end of the project. The team understood our business and target audience nicely, which turned our app into a great working platform.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

GraffersID produced a design that we have been since using for our SAAS solutions. It resolved our problems with the older design, and is flexible enough for us to build further on.

The project manager was easy to get a hold of, and the designer was very responsive with the deliverables. Overall, we never faced a difficulty, be it in communication or in hitting milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of what is required and ability to follow it in a way that solves our problems and still gives an originality to the product is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could cost a little less, especially when working at hourly basis. We also worked with them on lump sum payment model and we were happy with the cost for that.

For completing the software project in time, our project has to be completed in 6 months. Starting right from the prototype building to final product deployment, the scope of work was clearly defined.

The development process was coordinated among the team with proper delegation of work. Steps like the discovery of user requirements, the design phase, and the development phase had great synchronization.

We used the technologies like ReactJS, ReactNative, Kotlin, Swift for the development process.

As per the requirement, we got 6 dedicated developers and they were fit for the roles we had. Their roles varied from Senior Technical Architect to Technical developer.

We received a variety of developers based on experience as our requirement was to get expertise at a higher level also.

Our primary goal was to reduce the time-to-market as much as we can and with dedicated developers from GraffersID, we did it perfectly.

Working on a large project sometimes is cumbersome and bugs creep in anytime. But, it was great to complete a big project without any bugs and on time.

The flexibility in delivering the requirements and understanding the business requirements was smooth and flawless. 

With this team of GraffersID, the experience of working on the project was amazing. Even, GraffersID extended more support when needed and was flexible enough to beat any challenge.

The communication between the team and support all the time was incredible. I have rarely come across such an IT Company which is dedicated to bringing the results instead of just wrapping up the project.

Actually, we have gone through an impeccable experience working with GraffersID. Of our all experiences, this has to stay at top. That’s why we think that there are no to very few areas to improve as per Industry.

The mobile app performed pretty well even during the prototype phase. We received a bug-free application that was able to pass every test and work flawlessly. Very thankful to the team of GraffersID for working over it quickly and completing it on time.

Our communication was smooth and the team of GraffersID is very responsive. From scheduling meetings to sharing the project deliverables during the phases, everything was done through use of business tools. We used slack for communication and zoom for video meetings.

The most impressive part of their company was that they understood the project deeply. They have got teams to work on the research part and surprise you with their high-quality work. For startups, they understand the dynamics of work and the kind of flexibility that is needed.

Our experience has been best with GraffersID. Comparing them from a typical IT firm, there are not many areas where they are lagging. We worked with other IT Firms before but now, GraffersID is our technology partner built with trust and results.

I met the companies founder Sidharth in an entrepreneur meet up and it was interesting to know about the kind of solutions they had developed. We had couple of other meetings to know more about the team and work process in general and after some further interactions we engaged with them for one of the projects.

One of our clients was looking to create a web based video learning platform and we wanted to develop it as an MVP and test the market and that is where we engaged with Graffersid. The process started with understanding of the concept and work scope and after the kick off meeting the team created a complete wireframe depicting the flow of the system.

We worked with a team of three people. There was 1 project manager, 1 Full stack developer working with node.js and Angular and a UI/UX designer.

Due to the covid-19 situation after the launch the response was a little slow initially but considering our domain things are picking up again and the client is happy with the MVP and so far the test and review from beta users has shown positive results.There were feedback's and iterations and as the flow was finalized then we did a sign off on the work scope and moved to the design and development stage. We were provided with a clear delivery schedule at the start and the team did make sure to keep us updated on the work progress and any dependencies regularly.

We used email and Skype for our day to day communication and standups and the project was created and managed on freedcamp. We were given a schedule initially with deliverables and the work was delivered as per the timeline.The project management was done with the tool Freedcamp and Skype was used for our day to day meetings.

The process they follow in scoping the requirement is what impressed me most, they did the complete flow for the platform upfront and gave us a clear picture of how the end platform would look like, this way the expectations were clear from the start and lot of time was saved in going back and forth during development.

None that I can see based on our engagement and if I have to pinpoint then maybe they are a little expensive but it is worth it.
