According to our design references they presented few design concepts. We choose what we like and what do not like. During next week they prepared the first page to approve concept. We started our collaboration from idea of our product only. We had about 2 or 3 session of describing with Guys from Goodface agency. They only asked questions and noted our ideas. And then in several days they got to us a prototype. And from those day we had started active phase of the creation our future product. After that we created and approved plan of the development based on prototype. During more than 2 months we had weekly meetings with demo new pages and design elements. When we made some remarks - on the next iteration we got next part of design and improvements of previous part. Fantastic result! We finished all iterations according to plan. It was the coordinated work of two teams.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Goodface agency conducted an analysis of industry competitors and the trends of the niche. They plunged into our working atmosphere, and found out how we live, how our target audience thinks, what is important for them and what is not. The obtained information helped to develop an understandable and convenient site structure.
At the second stage, we started developing a visual style, which had determined the visual part of the future site (colors, fonts, etc). When we approve the style, they started to create the design of all pages of the future website. At the same time, they developed a detailed technical task for programmers.
During all the work on the project, as well as after transferring it to programmers for development, they prompted, advised, helped us. When the frontend part was finished, they did the design QA and shared a list of recommendations for improvement.

We worked closely with owner and account manager. But I was made aware that there were 2 designers and Art director. They are professionals and use modern tools (figma, invision, etc).

The best restaurant of the modern Ukrainian cuisine and art space in the center of the capital - BARVY. Founded in 2017. I am the Head Manager of the restaurant.

For what projects/services did your company hire Goodface agency?
We hired a GoodFace agency to develop our personal website.
What were your goals for this project?
The main goal of our joint project with Goodface is to create the best website that emphasizes the status of our restaurant and is as informative and pleasant as possible.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We held a series of meetings with leading website developers in Kiev, listened to each candidate, but the Goodface approach was the most convincing and professional. They were able to meet our requirements and offered several quality ideas.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
After we chose Goodface to design our site, they provided an action plan that we began to follow. First, a meeting was scheduled at which we finalized the goals and values of the project. Further, the company’s employees began developing the site, filling it with content, design decisions and the like. Every two weeks we received a trial version of the site for testing it. After that, we formed a feedback and sent it by colleagues from Goodface to correct errors and improve the site.I would like to note the responsiveness of the company employees, as well as their efficiency in correcting errors.
What was the team composition?
A team of 7 people led by the Project Manager worked on our project. Most often they contacted through PM, discussed all our ideas with him, always received professional advice, which helped to make the right choice.Working with the team was easy and without any problems.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Thanks to our project with Goodface, we received an organic increase in guests in the restaurant, as we started to place all our activities / events on the main page of the site, which became much more convenient for people. And also, thanks to the correct recommendations from the Goodface team, we finally translated our entire page into English, which allowed us to attract foreign audiences / guests of the capital.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management takes place directly through PM. We communicate directly with the help of various messengers, where we describe the tasks that need to be implemented. I want to mark responsiveness and maximum execution speed, if the situation requires it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The biggest feature of this company is that they find a personal approach to each client, regardless of the volume and complexity of the project. And also we must not forget about the professionalism of employees!
Are there any areas for improvement?
On the professional side, no. Our cooperation did not cause us any inconvenience.

We have updated corporated website. We hired a web design team and used their recommendation for IT production.

We wanted to create easy a new website which would be easy to use to customers (we are a retailer) and business partners (we are a producer).
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We have done our research and we compared prices. GoodFace had some strong recommendations. We have chosen them and did not complained. SilverStem team is happy with a result.

They interviewed us very detailed, verbally and written; used our current structure of website and developed a brand new corporate web design. They forwarded their work to IT vendor with many details and requirements and they did some controlling work till the main part of programming was done.
What was the team composition?
We worked closely with owner and CEO, our Account Manager. All our comments were geard and found a good solutions how to implements into design with no harm to art part. They speak English and use a modern tools - our work was quite smooth and easy.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We have increasing our organic traffic of 65% compared to the same previous year period. We implemented all Google recommendations and updated, simplified User Experience for that. Our design is much better for customers and admin tools allow to manage website more quick and easy. We talked through Skype using webcams.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We regularly worked on files via Gdrive. Design has been uploaded in Figma software - easy to review, compare versions and comment. Our Account Manager was impressively calm and responsible with terms and replies.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They truly tried to understand what business goals we faced and how it could be achieved using our website. They didn't hesitate to discuss different points of view and implemented the best practices in design and UX.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We have some difficulties in money transfers but they solve the problem.
