Sensus Tech is a multi-tenant, white-label payment orchestration platform that lets online businesses, from startups to enterprises, run all their payment providers through one API and one dashboard under their own brand, with no-code routing and €0 onboarding and setup.

• Sensus Tech was already a working platform. With it, businesses can connect all their payment providers through one API and manage everything from one dashboard. Smart routing sends every transaction to the best provider based on the client’s own rules, and if a payment fails, cascading automatically retries it with the next one. And since routing is no-code, the ops team can change the rules themselves in minutes. The biggest advantage, though, is white-label, and that’s what we needed Goodface to help us put front and center. Dashboards, checkout and cashier all carry the client’s brand, so businesses can run payments as their own without building the payment technology from scratch. On top of that, the Tenant-Company-Merchant structure shows exactly what’s happening with balances, holds, reserves and per-merchant tariffs. So, the product was there and already working. The problem was the way we told the story. Our brand and website didn’t explain Sensus Tech nearly as well as the platform actually worked. With a new market launch coming up, we wanted the brand and site to finally catch up with the product and with where we wanted to take it. We came to Goodface with three goals: 1. A Sensus Tech brand people would recognize and trust. We’re PCI DSS and GDPR compliant, so the brand had to feel as reliable as the platform. But fintech usually has to choose between reliable and human, and we needed both.
• 2. A payment orchestration website that gets to the point. We didn’t want visitors to hit a wall of infrastructure diagrams and feature lists. First, they should get the big idea: Sensus Tech takes a messy stack of payment providers and turns it into one simple platform, so more payments go through and entering new markets gets faster.
• 3. A message for every type of client. E-commerce companies, SMBs and startups, and large enterprises. Each of them needed to land on the site and think, “This fits my business, and it can grow with us.”
• In the end, Goodface’s job was to take all these product details and turn them into a clear Sensus Tech brand identity, website design and design system.

Sensus Tech had built solid white-label payment infrastructure, but our brand and website were lagging behind. The biggest result of the project is that they’ve finally caught up with the product.

Thanks to Goodface, we entered a new market with a clear brand identity, a corporate website now live at sensus.tech, and a design system that keeps Sensus Tech consistent everywhere. All of it is built to grow with us as we expand internationally.

The website changed how we talk about payment orchestration. All the technical detail is still there, from integrations to no-code routing rules and white-label checkout, but visitors no longer have to understand payment infrastructure before they see the value. For online businesses of every size, it comes down to three things:

There were a few changes along the way, especially around the website content and how we wanted to explain payment orchestration to e-commerce companies, startups and enterprises. That was the part that needed the most discussion, but it never became a problem. When we asked to rework some of the copy late in the process, Goodface adapted it without having to redesign the pages.

Payment orchestration isn’t easy to explain, because there’s a lot of technical detail behind it:

• multi-provider smart routing
• cascading
• white-label dashboards
• the Tenant-Company-Merchant hierarchy

With all of that, it’s very easy to build a fintech website that only makes sense to people who already know the industry. So, throughout the project, the team kept coming back to one question: what does someone seeing Sensus Tech for the first time actually need to know? That question shaped the whole website, and it also became the core idea of the brand: “Smart inside, simple outside.”

The platform is complex under the hood, but users shouldn’t have to feel it. Now the website leads with the simple part: Sensus Tech brings all of a business’s payment providers together in one platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Goodface agency could have done differently?

Nothing major from our side.

Looking back, we’d bring Goodface into the market and messaging discussions for Sensus Tech a little earlier. Once the website work had started, we spent quite a bit of time on the content, especially on how to present smart routing and white-label checkout to different audiences. Starting those talks earlier would have saved us some time.

Goodface handled everything from brand to a live site. They built the brand from scratch: logo, colours, typography, icons, illustrations and a brandbook. Then they ran discovery and moved into UI design with a full design system. Development was in WordPress with custom blocks for every section, plus forms, SEO, analytics and deployment. The site is bilingual, English and Lithuanian, and our marketing team can build new pages from the blocks on our own. We also had a tight deadline for the homepage, end of May, and they ran design and development in parallel to hit it without losing quality.

Every phase was approved on time: brand in March, discovery in April, design in May, with the homepage ready for review the same month. Front-end quality was high from the first handover, so we had few corrections and short review cycles.

Structured and easy to follow. Before development we got a detailed spec for the homepage, with every section documented, including scroll behaviour, animations and how blocks work on mobile. The work covered both the product and the website. On the product side, it was end-to-end product design across our web and mobile apps. Some of the bigger pieces:

- They reworked onboarding — took a long, combined process (identity checks, documents, validation) and broke it into clear steps, so people can move through it without feeling buried and can go back without starting over.

- They synced the experience across web and mobile, since a lot of our users start something on the web and finish it on their phone.

- They redesigned the home screen to show multiple wallets, currencies, and business accounts in one view, while balancing two very different users — accountants who want dense data and business owners who want it simple.

- They added batch signing, so users can approve a stack of payments at once instead of one by one.

We don’t have a tidy set of numbers to point to yet, but the difference is easy to feel. Onboarding got noticeably faster once they restructured the steps and cut the old offline parts. The product reads as one connected experience now instead of separate web and mobile tools, everyday actions like approving payments take fewer steps, and support is easier to follow for both users and our own team. The website finally represents the product properly and gives us something we’re comfortable pointing partners to. We’re still working together, so part of this is ongoing — but the direction has been exactly what we were after.
