We serve commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality clients with tailored solutions and ongoing maintenance support.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Glorium Technologies to accomplish for your company?

We hired Glorium Technologies to lead us with our Odoo ERP integration.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glorium Technologies has done everything to ensure our success with the ERP system. We’re not a technology-focused company, so we’ve needed their help, support, and guidance to make sure this is a successful process. They’ve been there every step of the way. The team has handled hardware setup, data migration, training, and suggesting other programs.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Glorium Technologies.

How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure our success and goals through an app called ClickUp. We track every process, idea, or issue to ensure completion. Everything is assigned a date and a person to take care of the issue. If the issue isn’t taken care of by the suggested date, email reminders and follow-ups occur to ensure completion and keep us on track.

How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Glorium Technologies’ project management is terrific, quite honestly. Without their help and support, we would’ve never gotten as far as fast as we did. We communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Glorium Technologies’ ability to work with us, pivot, understand the process in technology, and be a good partner is impressive. We’ve never done this before as a company, so it’s been very overwhelming, scary, and stressful. The team has really worked with us to ease our fears and go as fast or as slow as we need to ensure success. Their partnership and support have been incredible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Looking back, a lot of our meetings have been virtual. I believe that if we had spent more time in person upfront, it could’ve cut down on the number of questions, additional meetings, and additional insight.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

My name is Brandon López Our organization is engaged in the development of the telemedicine industry in Europe. Now we are gathering leading healthcare providers and creating a centralized platform for the digital medicine of the future.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies, and what were your goals?

We turned to Glorium Tech as a leading expert in the digital medicine industry. We needed an innovative centralized platform for delivering medical services to the population in Europe. Since the field of activity of our company is very specialized, we could not delegate the tasks to amateurs. We needed: -

• Modern design
• Full interoperability
• Separated control panels for users and staff
• Support for protocols and standards such as SMART on FHIR
• High level of privacy in accordance with GDPR

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having studied dozens of developers' portfolios, we concluded that there is a lack of professionals in the field of telemedicine. After talking with colleagues (and even with competitors), we heard about Glorium. This company could solve any task regarding developing specialized solutions. We decided to trust the advice of experienced colleagues and eventually delegated the project to Glorium Tech experts after consulting with their company manager.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We won’t go into technical details for obvious reasons. I can only say that modern frameworks and technologies were used for work. The development process was divided into 3 stages:

1. Planning
2. Design and logic
3. Platform development

Deployment and selection of hosting were separate stages because, for maximum coverage of the service area, we needed: -

• An experienced provider
• Reliable cloud
• Fast communication channel

And now, we are just looking for all of the above, using an intermediate option for testing the platform. Currently, the resource is in the stage of complex testing by users. Soon we plan to expand the platform and launch a full range of telemedicine services in Europe.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We communicated only with the Glorium Tech representative responsible for the project. As far as we know, the team consisted of several Front-End, Back-End developers of Web and Mobile profiles, designers, specialists in complex server architectures, and QA staff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is still too early to talk about specific numbers because the project has only recently started in beta release. Currently, we are seeing a steady increase in the number of communications on the platform and receive hundreds of new applications for participation in testing every week.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The whole process of interaction between our specialists and representatives of Glorium Tech was flawless. We stuck to the schedule and actively monitored the development process, adjusting the project as it was created. Video conferences, meetings with the team, and regular detailed reporting did their job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When you work with specialists of this level, you mentally prepare for communication problems. Glorium Tech debunks the myths about developers' "arrogance" by showing interest in the project and willingness to change some of the functions on the fly. When working with Glorium Tech, be prepared that the developers can offer you extremely interesting solutions that will make your project truly unique and innovative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only problem with Glorium is that it's not so easy to find them without the help of their previous clients. Otherwise, there are no comments, concerns, or alternatives. Or I could not find them because there is nothing to complain about.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the chief operating officer at a dental clinic that offers its patients various medical services, from routine treatment to dentures.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies, and what were your goals?

After opening several branches of our clinic, we had a problem with communication between specialists. In addition, our number of patients increased significantly due to the expansion, and the existing software could no longer handle the increased workload.

We needed an app that would allow patients to make appointments online and get appointment reminders and information about treatment plans. And doctors would access patient records, create work schedules, and share data with colleagues.

That is, it was important for us to create a functional web app with a high-quality GUI to increase the loyalty of existing clients, attract new ones, and ease the work of doctors.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was important for us to have the company's in-depth expertise in our area of activity. Glorium Technologies was recommended as developers who specialize in creating medical software. After the first meeting with their representative, we understood that their experience was absolutely real. They made several suggestions that significantly improved the initial project. For example, it was their idea to create a complete solution for the company instead of a separate CRM system.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We discussed all the details of cooperation with the Glorium Technologies team at a personal meeting. The app had to be developed from scratch, so the work started with business analysis and design – a concept was developed, considering the specifics of the market, all our ideas, and wishes. The platform we needed was developed on .Net. It helps patients find the right specialist, make an appointment online, get notification about the appointment, and access the results of examinations and treatment.

On the other hand, doctors can view each patient's medical history at any time, view their appointment schedule, and send the necessary materials to related specialists as needed. The critical point is that it is an integrated solution and not just a CRM or ERP – this approach solved the problem of synchronizing the new software with the existing systems in the clinic.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We outsourced our project to Glorium Technologies, meaning we had a whole team of specialists – a project manager, backend and frontend developers, and QA engineers. In total, about 15 people worked on the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the launch of our clinic's online appointment app, patient traffic has increased by an average of 20%. In addition, the number of no-shows has decreased significantly – thanks to the convenient management of their appointments, and patients can cancel their visits in advance and reschedule for a convenient time. Doctors note the time savings thanks to the ability to quickly consult with related specialists, such as orthodontists and surgeons.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The work of the guys was organized perfectly. They constantly communicated via Slack, so all processes were coordinated and aimed at achieving the overall result. We, as customers, also regularly communicated with our project manager via Skype. We could contact the developers directly if we needed to discuss problems or make suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were amazed at the wide range of services provided by the company. When we turned to them, we expected only software development. As a result, we got a quality business analysis, recommendations on how to improve our project, the flawless implementation of the set tasks, product testing at all stages of development, and software support after its release.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They've always stuck to deadlines. We don't have any complaints or suggestions for improvement.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m CMO at a commercial real estate company. We operate exclusively in the states.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies, and what were your goals?

We needed to reduce the tenant churn rate. The solution to that was to predict which tenants are most likely to lave our services and offer a timely discount (or send some other promotions their way). So we’ve put on the task of building a predictive pipeline for Glorium Technologies.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve read their blog materials, and found out that they possess needed expertise, tried contacting them via the website, and we really liked the communication.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We asked to use Machine Learning to build a predictive pipeline that evaluates the probability of tenant churn and provides an analysis of how different features influence that probability. The project was a new thing that included business evaluation, data analysis, engineering of the features, and testing of the software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a big team of several people, including:

• PMs
• BAs
• several software engineers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They’ve helped us a lot, with great communication and delivery. The pipeline was top-notch, and we’ve managed to decrease the churn rate drastically. They delivered an ML pipeline that predicted the probability of tenant churn, can continuously improve its accuracy by training on more data and provided extensive model explainability.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Glorium Technologie's communication was one of the best parts of working with them. For me, it was critical to understand all major aspects. Sometimes they politely explained me things twice, not giving up until I got everything correctly. We were using their corporate MS Teams for videoconferences, our Slack for chatting, and our Jira+Confluence for task management and document sharing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was flexible, we never had an issue with them that wouldn’t be resolved in the shortest terms possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure what to tell; our experience with them was top-notch.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CEO of a real estate services company. We’re a cloud-based platform designed to enable leasing for commercial real estate.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our company addressed GT to design and develop the website and cloud platform from scratch. We needed to have a fully functional site and communication tool.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Word of mouth. We’ve heard good feedback about cooperation with them from our peers. It was easy to get along with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We shared our vision and concept for the website. After getting our requirements, the Glorium Technologies team designed and developed the platform, integrating all the requested communication tools. They’re during the product deployment phase after which they will provide support and maintenance services for the platform.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team consisted of a senior PM and associate developers. We communicated directly with the senior project manager and project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Because our business is entirely web-based, we needed a functioning website to be viable. The platform works as expected and now boasts a thriving user base. We are leasing a property with the help of the platform.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was excellent. They were easy to communicate with, and we had scheduled chats on Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were conscientious and kept to the established schedule and budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In terms of development, they couldn't have done better. Communication was top-notch. There is nothing on top of my head I could’ve come up with for their improvement.
