I’m the managing director of The Pegasus Door Company. We install domestic and industrial doors.

What challenge were you trying to address with GLO - Generate Leads Online?

We wanted to garner more leads for our business and become the main door company within our trade area.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

GLO has supplied us with a new website and helped with our social media efforts. Early on, I provided information regarding the types of doors we offer since we’re in a bespoke industry. We shared basic product information, and GLO went off and did their research.

They sent us a working page that I could comment on; it was essentially a skeleton version of the site that looked like a spider diagram. Then, they developed the site from scratch based on our initial requests. GLO has also rewritten and streamlined our content based on different industries and used an SEO tool to optimize the site for search results. 

As for social media, GLO helps us with Facebook advertising, which targets our prior site visitors while using the platform. They’ve also conducted keyword research to help us with Google Ads. We plan to continue discussing social media marketing strategies as the relationship evolves.

We work with John (Managing Director), Rebecca (Marketing Manager), and another GLO team member. 

How did you come to work with GLO - Generate Leads Online?

We worked with a builder who had just used GLO to redesign their website. Due to the website, their small, local business transformed into one of the most prominent builders in Suffolk. I wanted a piece of that for my business, so I reached out to John at GLO.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $15,000 in the partnership with GLO. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with GLO in December 2021, and the partnership is ongoing. We keep adding to the scope as we go.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

GLO has delivered exactly what I asked for; they’ve basically gotten the project 100% correct. Our old website made it clear that we’re a family-run business, and GLO has elevated us to look more corporate. We’ve received positive external feedback regarding how clean and tidy the site looks. 

They’ve brought our company into the modern world, making us stand out because other door companies haven’t adapted. The website has a cleaner design, making our business look much more professional. Instead of customers visiting the site and being overwhelmed with information, they can now search for specific industries and direct themselves to the information they seek. 

According to their performance report, our site is officially the fastest site they’ve created. Our web page loads in 0.3 seconds, encouraging Google to rank us higher in the search results.

The website has only been live for a week, and we’re already being noticed 170% more, which will lead to more work for us. We’ve already seen three new organic leads, so the traffic has positively impacted our revenue. 

How did GLO - Generate Leads Online perform from a project management standpoint?

John helped us with the onboarding process, and Rebecca has taken over the project since then. She ensures the project is running smoothly and addresses any questions. They’re very customer-driven and consistently provide progress updates and communicate any action needed on our end. 

They provide realistic timelines for deliverables and clearly outline project stages. They use a project management platform to keep track of tasks, but I’m not sure which. We typically communicate via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp. We meet via Teams as needed, and John has been very responsive via WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed with their communicativeness and ability to translate my ideas into physical items. They’ve been able to take things from my imagination and turn them into designs for the site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m old-fashioned, so I like to meet in person, which we couldn't do during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to switch to virtual meetings, but that’s not GLO's fault; it was just a result of the unfortunate situation. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give GLO as much information as possible to prevent the back-and-forth via email. There’ve been instances when I haven’t shared all the details with them, which slowed their process.

### Helping Orwell Fitness Hit New SERP PBs
Orwell Fitness is an Ipswich-based gym offering fitness classes and training opportunities for all abilities. From WOD, body conditioning, and gymnastics, to weightlifting, strongman classes, personal training, and open gym sessions, this CrossFit-driven community truly has an option for everyone. Its new SEO web design showcases all this and more. 
First established by Kirsty Turner and Darren Hotten in 2018, Orwell recently doubled its class numbers, helping existing clients hit new PBs across the board – but struggled to see these successes reflected in SERPs.
With the aim of reaching more new clients, Kirsty and Darren opted to switch up their strategy. Opening originally as ‘SMB Beauty and Fitness’, this long-standing Brecon-based beauty salon and gym has offered clients a place to both workout and get their beauty fix since 2006. In 2021, after 15 years of operation and glowing reviews, owner Matt Rudman decided it was time for a transformation – making the decision to dedicate SMB entirely to beauty and wellness, and adopting the shorter name ‘SMB Beauty’.

Clements Solicitors are an independent solicitors firm based in Ipswich, specialising in Employment and Matrimonial law. They approached GLO to help optimise their Google Ads campaign, which, at the time, was costing the firm a lot of money and not generating enough conversions.

KDR European is an independently owned freight forwarding company for European and UK domestic transport by road, based near the Port of Felixstowe.

The Soapery is a company on a mission to bring top-notch cosmetics and skincare to all, without the premium price tag. From organic essential oils to ethically-sourced mica powders, their online store provides a one-stop shop for high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Following an influx of sales during the pandemic, owner Andy Knowles noticed a drop off and approached GLO to help increase their Google Ad campaign’s performance.  
GLO delivered, analysing data from the current beauty ad campaign to devise a new and improved, results-driven Google Ads strategy. The secret ingredient? ### Helping Motus Truck & Van Dive Engagement & Growth
Motus Truck & Van was born out of the merger of two established and successful businesses. In 2018, S & B Commercials, a Mercedes-Benz dealer working under the Motus Group joined forces with Orwell Truck & Van intending to provide high-quality Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles to customers across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia.
Having gone through a brand realignment, Motus Truck & Van commissioned GLO to develop a microsite that would act as their Employee Hub, where the core corporate values would be displayed. The goal behind the microsite was to set a standard, and lead their actions and behaviours, both internally and externally, to drive engagement and business growth. We worked in collaboration with Think to deliver a responsive microsite for Motus.
Objectives

Produce a microsite to reinforce the core corporate values and set a standard for employee behaviours while keeping them engaged
Introduce the Leading Stars scheme where employees get to nominate their colleagues for living out the corporate values in their work
Fill the website with engaging content, written in the tone of voice established within the Corporate Identity guidelines

When Costa Coffee approached our app development team, for a fresh concept about how to start rewarding their customers, the answer was Loyale, our app developers very own platform. Costa Club is built on Loyale, a marketing rewards platform that offers ten’s of options on how customers can be rewarded.
