Through surveys and meetings, we will gather all the necessary information to understand your business and goals. We will use this information to determine the best brand & look for your new web presence. We will determine the best way to organize your website and create a rough outline. We will collect, organize, edit, and migrate content for each page of the website. Our team will create comprehensive layouts to explore various design directions. 

As the client, you decide the best fit for the website. With all the necessary architecture, content, and design elements in hand we'll create the first working version of your website. After revisions and polishing, we will finalize the website and go through the launch checklist. Once the site is live, we will provide training on website management and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. 

Once the site is live, we will have a kick-off to ensure our marketing strategy is in place based on goals, expected customer behavior, competitors, and industry specific keywords. We will share a weekly report featuring key metrics and insights from the advertising efforts. These reports will be accompanied by a bi-weekly or monthly call (depending on needs) to review campaign results and any action items. 

Summary: G&G met all deliverables and only stopped on going development based on intercal costs and limitations with content material of products. The plan will be to continue the development and add content marketing and campaighns as time goes by.

Our main goal was to redesign our outdated website, while also revamping our identity and branding. We wanted to create a more creative online presence, while also making the website easy to navigate for our guests. G&G helped us on our Google business profile, social media graphics/posts, color schemes/fonts, designing new food and cocktail menus, and making sure all of our branded assets were cohesive. Overall, our goal was to bring in more foot traffic through our website for guests to either visit or to inquire for private events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We currently are averaging about 3,600 views a month on our Google business profile -- which we were not able to access before working with G&G. Our branded social media graphics have attributed to our 70.3K views on our page/content. We also average about 15 to 30 new followers a month on our Instagram account.

Working with G&G was the best decision we've made when it came to the new branding of our website. In the matter of five months, Danielle and team worked with us diligently and seamlessly to execute our vision. Reviewing our images, color schemes, fonts, videos, and even verbiage to include on our site. We provided them keywords such as 'Retro' to specifically target the vision we wanted, and they exceeded our expectations. The team were especially flexible when it came to hopping on any phone call or meeting in person to explain new updates, and to make sure they were executing timelines and goals. They personally sat and taught us how to use the backend of our website so we can independently make edits, should they be busy or once the project was completed. Their communication was above and beyond, which we are so thankful for. We highly suggest working with this team if you are looking for a rebranding or website design. They are truly the best!

We are a company addressing the interests of retired professional women. The women who run G&G are nowhere near retirement but they worked hard and successfully to understand what we wanted and needed, often anticipating our needs because we had little experience with the technologies we were using.
