JMS is an engineering and manufacturing company serving the water and wastewater treatment industry. We brought in G&G Creative to lead the design and creative direction for a full refresh of our corporate website, jmsequipment.com. We needed a site that reflects how we actually talk about our products and engineering, with a clearer structure for a technical B2B audience that includes consulting engineers, municipal operators, and contractors.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The refreshed site is moving through final internal review now, so the full traffic and lead impact will come after launch. The clearest progress so far is structural. We went from a dated, hard-to-navigate site to a clear information architecture, with a new Our Technologies section that finally tells our process and technology story in one place, and redesigned product pages across every business unit. The new navigation has been reviewed and signed off by leadership and our subject matter experts across the company, which is a meaningful bar for a manufacturer with this many product lines. G&G kept the project on track and delivered each round on schedule.

Their project management has been solid across both engagements. They communicate consistently, set clear expectations on what is coming and when, and deliver their design rounds on the timeline we agree to. When my needs shifted mid-project, they stayed flexible and adjusted without friction. I sent a lot of feedback and change requests during the JMS refresh, and they absorbed it well and kept the work moving. The relationship feels collaborative, and I never had to chase them for updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is how well they understand the B2B industrial buyer. A lot of creative agencies can make something look good, but few take the time to learn a technical manufacturing audience and design around how those buyers actually make decisions. I have seen them do it in two different industries now, cable assemblies at MCC and water treatment equipment at JMS, and both times they translated complicated products into a clear, credible site without watering down the technical side. That combination of design quality and real industry understanding is not easy to find.

I do not have much here. The engagement has gone smoothly across two projects. If I am reaching for something, a shared edit-tracking view during heavy review periods would be a minor nice-to-have, but it never affected the outcome.

Since the website launched, the number of inquiries has continued to increase each month, and I'm currently earning more income than I ever thought possible. It's grown 100% more. The first year, I had 20–30 inquiries. The second year, I had three times more inquiries, and the year isn't even over.I've been reviewing our inquiry data and noticed that our current email volume has increased significantly. We will use this information to determine the best brand & look for your new web presence. We will determine the best way to organize your website and create a rough outline. We will collect, organize, edit, and migrate content for each page of the website. Our team will create comprehensive layouts to explore various design directions. 

As the client, you decide the best fit for the website. With all the necessary architecture, content, and design elements in hand we'll create the first working version of your website. After revisions and polishing, we will finalize the website and go through the launch checklist. Once the site is live, we will provide training on website management and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. 

Once the site is live, we will have a kick-off to ensure our marketing strategy is in place based on goals, expected customer behavior, competitors, and industry specific keywords.
