They developed the core Commodity Chain platform as a real-world asset tokenization solution. The scope included backend architecture, wallet and admin functionality, smart contract integration, token issuance and redemption flows, trading mechanics, and user role management for investors, distributors, and administrators. 
The team also helped structure the technical foundation for future grain tokenization use cases, including testing key lifecycle actions such as token creation, distribution, and burn/redemption. Overall, they delivered a working platform with the main operational logic required for further product adaptation and scale.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcome was the delivery of a functional MVP with validated core token lifecycle flows. We were able to test and confirm token issuance, distribution, and burn/redemption mechanics in a working environment. In addition, the project produced a usable backend, wallet, admin panel, and role-based infrastructure, giving us a solid technical base for further adaptation and scale.

The team managed the project in a professional and organized way. They communicated clearly, responded quickly to questions, and were flexible as our requirements evolved during development. 
Because the platform was still being shaped while the work progressed, responsiveness and adaptability were especially important, and they handled that well. They delivered the core MVP scope and supported us through the validation of key platform mechanics. Overall, they were reliable, collaborative, and easy to work with.

What impressed us most was their ability to combine technical execution with flexibility. The project involved a complex tokenization platform with multiple components, and they handled it in a structured and responsive way. They adapted well as requirements evolved and helped us build a solid foundation for the product.

We did not have any major concerns or complaints. Overall, the collaboration went well, and they delivered the core scope we needed. As with any complex product, there is always room to refine processes over time, but from our side there were no significant issues.

The scope of the work was to build a back end interface to adjust the allocation of each strategies signal and to build infrastructure that could replicate trading view generated signals into an actionable signal on GMX inside of the vault

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We do not feel confident in what Gexabyte built. Their code was faulty and didn't execute all incoming signals for some time after we closed out the final milestone of the project, having thought work was done properly and complete.

They took a very long time to deliver items, they do not work quickly or efficiently. 7 months after hiring them we still didn't have a working product. 

For comparison, we hired an independent full stack developer who built what they assigned and fully functioning in 1-2 months time—without errors. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative team for Web3 development, as working with Gexabyte will likely result in wasted time, energy, and resources. Their lack of effort to address our concerns further reinforced my dissatisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We thought this company was as professional as they had marketed themselves but they resorted to blaming the enzyme dapp and protocol for errors that we had instead of taking the higher road of responsibility and just fixing what was an issue

Again, our full stack developer built code that wasn't affected by enzyme's errors like Gexabyte had blamed. 

We tried to claw back some of our money because their code was faulty and didn’t work and they had a very negative tone with us saying we were over our warranty period and even went as far as generating a “certificate of completion” paper months after the final milestone was paid. 

This was a learning lesson for us to never work with companies like this again and I hope my review is a sign for others to find new and better developers to work with. We will never recommend anyone work with Gexabyte in our professional network and circles.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GEXABYTE could have done differently?

They can work faster, more efficiently, and with more quality. 

I would not work with Gexabyte again, they over charge for poor quality work and take forever to deliver on their milestones
