The scope of the work was to build a back end interface to adjust the allocation of each strategies signal and to build infrastructure that could replicate trading view generated signals into an actionable signal on GMX inside of the vault

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We do not feel confident in what Gexabyte built. Their code was faulty and didn't execute all incoming signals for some time after we closed out the final milestone of the project, having thought work was done properly and complete.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They took a very long time to deliver items, they do not work quickly or efficiently. 7 months after hiring them we still didn't have a working product. 

For comparison, we hired an independent full stack developer who built what they assigned and fully functioning in 1-2 months time—without errors. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative team for Web3 development, as working with Gexabyte will likely result in wasted time, energy, and resources. Their lack of effort to address our concerns further reinforced my dissatisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We thought this company was as professional as they had marketed themselves but they resorted to blaming the enzyme dapp and protocol for errors that we had instead of taking the higher road of responsibility and just fixing what was an issue

Again, our full stack developer built code that wasn't affected by enzyme's errors like Gexabyte had blamed. 

We tried to claw back some of our money because their code was faulty and didn’t work and they had a very negative tone with us saying we were over our warranty period and even went as far as generating a “certificate of completion” paper months after the final milestone was paid. 

This was a learning lesson for us to never work with companies like this again and I hope my review is a sign for others to find new and better developers to work with. We will never recommend anyone work with Gexabyte in our professional network and circles.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GEXABYTE could have done differently?

They can work faster, more efficiently, and with more quality. 

I would not work with Gexabyte again, they over charge for poor quality work and take forever to deliver on their milestones

In process of developing a project manager every day tells status and plans, it gives me more confidence. All project related tasks was described in jira and in anytime I had a possibility for checking on what stage our product. Sometimes happens questions from my side, but we make a call and discuss everything to making clear.

We were impressed with their strong technical skills, communicating, design all of these things I didn’t meet before in any outsource companies..

I think there is always room for improvement. I will be glad to work further with you!

I’m a Product Manager at TON Seed, a platform that allows launching projects quickly within the Free TON ecosystem and raising capital to support the projects during the first stages of development.

The goal of our project was to create the first crowdfunding platform (TON Seed) to offer contests and partnerships functionality as an alternative to Free TON’s offer. I am a product manager, responsible for the development and further development of the application. Dexoo is a decetrated, simple and secure DeFi application. DeXoo is a universal DeFi aggregator for every investor, as it is a cross-chain platform and a simple wallet that includes a wide range of functionality. Its ecosystem covers all aspects of financial services and operations, while having a decentralized structure. The DeXoo app is designed to provide easy access and simplified financing for its customers. Users can easily access the wallet with the functionality of sending and receiving cryptocurrencies to exchange, staking.

Also, the main request for the development of services is fully executed on smart contracts, which ensures the automation and security of the application.
