We hired P2H to turn designs for our application from Figma files to HTML/CSS. The key deliverables were our list of designs turned into HTML/CSS files.

• We checked to see whether the HTML/CSS files provided by P2H matched our Figma files

I really enjoyed the project management process with P2H. We sent them our files, they evaluated those files and then they created a spreadsheet where each item that needed to be done was listed and broken down into sprints. When a sprint was completed and tested, P2H sent the files to us for testing. We were able to quickly view the status of the project and each file and sprint in the sheet and were able to mark this as tested or approved and add in our notes.

Each sprint had due dates and P2H was great in meeting those due dates. When we had feedback, they were very receptive and quickly implemented our feedback which was really great.The project management team at P2H made this project the least stressful project that I've ever done in my career, which is truly appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Personally, I was the most impressed by the professionalism of this company. They sent us an NDA and a contract (which were really fair documents), communicated with us really well, were courteous to our team, asked good questions, were on time and on budget and were truly just a pleasure to work with. There was not a lot of back and forth and they seemed to take great notes at our meetings so we were always on the same page.

Really liked the fact that they have their own QA team (so that saved our team a lot of time) and their project management was impeccable. The cost was very reasonable and the work was high quality. It's not every day that you meet a vendor that doesn't cause you headaches but this team was top notch. We will definitely work with P2H in the future when other opportunities come up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something P2H Inc could have done differently?

No. We really enjoyed our experience and hope that we can work with P2H again in the future!

Beautiful app for proof of concept. I decided to use their web design team for the welcome part of the site after they built the app. Another outstanding project manager on this side.

Email primarily, with occasional skype call. They were very timely and will communicate their availability rather than keeping us in the dark while we wait.

We needed help migrating away from a proprietary content management system over to a new cms and hosting provider. We worked with P2H to rebuild the entire site on the new CMS and launch with little-to-no disruption of service.

We were very happy with the support P2H provided. They had 2 account managers on the project, 1 senior developer, along with a QA team to help test the website as new development updates were pushed.

The PM style was very helpful for us. Max and Alex did a great job of communicating with me and my team. They were always on top of all the requests and questions that came in.

Max, Alex, and Sergey have been great to work with. They were able to perform website updates as needed. They were always quick to reply with viable solutions. And they were also great for brainstorming ideas of how to make the website work the way we needed.

As presumably in most software projects, not everything was perfect - but it was made perfect step by step. Our customer is happy and so are we.

Very strait foreward - sometimes almost a little too much and we would have liked an opportunity for a personal exchange to better brief things. But in the end it went very well even without it. Thanks to quick response times in communication

The cooperation with the project manager Alex was always characterized by mutual respect and understanding - in addition to the professional versatility and speed of getting things on the right track.

P2H Inc’s seamless coding skills allow them to produce quality websites that surpass the performance of other WordPress websites developed by different providers. Their team is highly capable of creating robust platforms that can stand the test of time. When we do encounter bugs or lag issues, they’re always quick to address those.

How did P2H Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through their own project management tool incorporated into their website. We can always count on P2H Inc to stay online, respond to our queries, and meet our timelines and budget.

We’re most impressed with their team’s communication skills — P2H Inc goes the extra mile to ensure that our needs are heard and met.

What challenge were you trying to address with P2H Inc?

I’ve been using P2H’s services for quite some time now. I’m an old customer of theirs, and I mainly use them for HTML development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our latest project entailed HTML development. We were prototyping a product in high fidelity to help a client understand the product. P2H made it so that the prototype was viewable on a mobile phone or a tablet. This way, we were able to provide feedback more quickly. Once we vetted everything in the prototype, we then went into building out a custom CMS. 

What is the team composition?

It depends on what type of project we’re working on, but I consistently work with four people on a monthly basis. There is one project manager, one QA, and the rest are engineers and developers who scale up or down as needed.

How did you come to work with P2H Inc?

There's a couple of reasons why I hired P2H. Though it’s counterintuitive, the 24-hour time difference between where they’re based and where I’m based works very well for me. I also liked their soft skills; they’re not a team that complains. I can give them work and they will be very straightforward about it.

For the current project, I’ve invested about $35,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with P2H around 2009, and our latest project has been going for 3–4 months now. I have the team on retainer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The value that P2H has provided me over the years has been of extreme quality. They have consistently and efficiently delivered frontend design work at phenomenal turnaround times and at a competitive price. My partnership with them has really allowed me to scale my business. 

How did P2H Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

I have a comfortable relationship with P2H, to the extent that they can tell me when something might be wrong. They provide guidance and recommendations in a polite manner.

We collaborate through Asana and the team designs in Figma. We communicate day-to-day through Slack. If any clarifications are needed, we just jump in on a quick Zoom call. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

P2H’s frontend design work is second to none. They have the best engineers. Whenever I give them my design, they get back to me with a pixel-perfect product that is exactly aligned with what I need. 

Another impressive thing about them is their ability to design on a bootstrap grid, which saves us time from having to design mobile, tablet, and PC-compatible prototypes from scratch. We can just design, say, the mobile version, and they have a system that allows them to take that and rework it to be compatible with all devices. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had more variety on their tools for backend work so I could give them a lot more work. I understand that they focus on one thing as a business, but it would be great if they expanded their services. Other than that, there is nothing they could do differently. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to have a good understanding of how global teams work. Some people have a rigidity to them, but it’s often just a matter of cultural difference. My recommendation is that you acquaint yourself with the people you’re going to work with.

I hired P2H to develop and code a custom WordPress theme for a website that we finished designing for one of our clients.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've worked with P2H for several years and on several projects. We worked with them on medium-size and large-size projects. They are always my goto solution for web development.

Since I have experience working with P2H, I am comfortable with what I need to deliver. I always provide them with an idea about the site we are going to create and then I provide them with layered and detailed PSD files, with instructions on how the site should look and feel. After that I receive a custom price quote for the project and once payment is sent I know that in a short while I'll get the fully coded site as a custom WordPress theme. P2H provides a staging website for me to review the progress, and I able to upload content, test the site and provide them with feedback.

I always work with a dedicated project manager assigned to me. In this case, Max was very helpful, attentive and supportive from start to finish.

With P2H I know we are going to finish projects on time because their development schedule is quite rapid and on-time. The client loves the custom-prepared WordPress theme because it is tailored to their needs, and is not an off-the-shelf generic template.

The project manager was available everyday via online messaging platform. Additionally P2H used a secure staging server to share progress as well as Trello board for more specific feedback.

They are always very professional. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was very high.

Overall, I have no complaints. Even if something is not done exactly as-needed on the first round, they are quick to address any issues I have.

We hired P2H to design and develop a new WordPress website for us within a relatively short time period.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

P2H was recommended to us by our colleague who has formerly worked with P2H. We liked a lot their references, I could see that they design nice websites and the first introductory call was very positive. Also, the prices of P2H were competitive, but most importantly they confirmed being able to deliver the website within a short deadline.

We needed a customized WordPress template and a new WordPress website. We provided P2H with an initial design sketch with our ideas, which they then refined and used to develop the design of all the pages. 8 pages were designed and developed altogether, including many illustrations, one animation and two forms.

Since we needed a CMS that could be used without coding knowledge, we chose WordPress, but we wanted to have a static website. We used Shifter for this and P2H migrated and set up the new website in Shifter.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process for the overall project and there was also a back-end project manager, who coordinated the back-end development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

P2H delivered a well-designed, nice looking website that completely fulfilled our expectations, but most importantly, they delivered a clean and neat, easy to use WordPress template. Additionally they delivered within the agreed (and tight) time scope.

We used Slack to coordinate, P2H was always very fast to implement the requested changes. They were also fast to react whenever we had any questions and they also understood very well what we wanted; we had fast and efficient iterations. We also appreciated their friendly and helpful manner.

Although they were easy-going -which made them a pleasure to work with-, we always felt that our requests are being taken seriously and handled promptly. We never questioned that they committed resources to us, it was clear that they were working with 100% dedication on our project.

We came to P2H with 20-25 Mobile, Tablet and Desktop page designs that were created on the platform Figma. Our request was that the designs be developed on a Shopify Store.

I believe a few developers were involved, but we were mainly in contact with the project manager which was very helpful!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have worked with P2H on many projects but one specific Shopify Full Build project stood out to us most.

Before developing the site, the team reviewed our designs and got back to us with a trello board of questions. We loved this because it showed us that they thoroughly reviewed our design work and were well aware of Shopify limitations and could therfor forecast any issues we may face.

Once these questions were sorted out, we did not hear back from P2H again until the work was complete. It was done ahead of schedule and our QA team found maybe 1 or 2 very minor bugs that were only displaying on one specific browser.

From start to finish the project was a breeze and the team was so easy to work with. Any change requests we sent, they completed in a timely manner and handoff was so organized.

Our project manager setup a slack channel for us to communicate in and we have always received answers to our questions in a timely, helpful and friendly manner!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not once did we bring up a question or concern that they were unable to resolve. They have always been so helpful and explain everything so thoroughly!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On some projects we worked together on in the past, we felt QA could have been done more thoroughly. However, we've seen the process has improved over the past year!
