Our previous site was also WordPress but hampered by a legacy theme and bad code that was just slow. We wanted a new site that was well-coded, easy to edit, and performed well.

I had come across PSD2HTML some time ago when looking for help with email templates and landing pages. Their work was superb so it made sense to work with them on a website.

We did a small project for a micro-site. It came out great. When it was time for the main site, we came back!

PSD2HTML took all of our designs (PSDs from our designer) and created pixel-perfect versions of them in WordPress.

Additionally, they created backend features to easily add and edit pages, and update everything easily. Now every option on every page can be easily tweaked without development assistant.

We had a fantastic project manager, Oksana. I do not know how many developers were on the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Not yet, but we expect to see gains in search rankings thanks to the speed of the site and our ability to easily optimize.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Oksana, our project management, was our main point of communication and coordinated with the front- and backend developers. She is simply AMAZING! Work got done fast, effectively, and with no errors. It was amazing. She's super responsive and truly is CLUTCH for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The accuracy of their work and their overall responsiveness and time to completion.

Honestly, no. We could not be more pleased!

Implementation of responsive websites according to a given layout template. They create great templates based on the latest technology that work perfectly in all browsers. This makes our work much easier.

From our side, a designer and a project manager is usually involved. From p2h, communication is handled by a project manager, who takes care of everything and communicates with the developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

P2h takes almost the whole part of the frontend development from us. In the current project they also did the backend development. that really worked very well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The communication in this project was exclusively via chat. Screenshots and documents were exchanged so that all questions could be answered immediately and quickly. It went really well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

P2h implements the layout very precisely. Our designers really like that. In addition, best practices of web development where respected. So the step from a static layout to an interactive website works very well. That's why we have been relying on p2h as a development partner for years.

I do not see how the service could be improved :-)

The solution has to work across different devices, platforms and email clients. Each email client presents a different set of limitation that have to be addressed through code. Some times, images and code need to be optimized in order to be bellow certain space limits, too.

P2H are best in the industry and easy to find by a quick search. The decision of going with them was easy, when comparing their platform for picking features related to coding HTML emails to other companies.

P2H support a huge variety of design file formats that they can start working from. They've build an elaborate feature list with clear pricing for each item. The list works as an order form, where by ticking features you see how the end price changes. Besides this clarity of pricing, we always get a top level support with a very short response time.

Our interactions with P2H have always been with a single contact point on both sides, which has reduced time of potentially unnecessary meetings and wasted time of resources. We feel that this is achieved partially, thanks to their order form and FAQ page.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

P2H have saved us precious time, on multiple occasions and have never disappointed with their delivery. Delivery has always been done before deadline and at times for half of the time agreed on.

We've always had a dedicated Project Manager from their end, while on our side it might have been a developer. This hasn't been a problem and deadlines have never been crossed. P2H has build an easy to use platform communication, support and access to deliverables.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

If we are to describe P2H with one word, then it would be SPEED. They have senior-level developers across multiple timezones and can quickly jump on a project to help us meet our clients' deadlines.

We've never had problems with P2H and have had a straightforward communication without any surprises or dissappointments.

P2H was found through independent research. There have been many other vendors we have used over the years, but those relationships have discontinued due to a number of reasons such as missed deadlines, sub-standard quality of work, and poor communication.

Due to the fact our projects have hard deadlines, it was imperative we partner with a company that shared our values in providing high-quality work and reliable customer service.

P2H has developed WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot and HTML sites for us. The complexity in technology requirements has varied, as have the intricacies of the design and animation features.

They have also been a valuable partner to us when it comes to providing fair, accurate, and detailed cost estimates in a timely manner. When a new project begins, specifications, as well as all design assets, are sent to our Project Manager at P2H.

After those are received and reviewed, a time estimate is sent to me when the test links are expected to be available to review.

What was the team composition?

Our interaction with P2H is limited to working directly with their Project Manager. This makes for a very clear and efficient process for us. The PM we work with does a wonderful job of processing all of the information I provide and then works with her team to deliver the required answers and solutions. Everything is clearly explained to me and communicated in great detail.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Partnering with a trusted resource has provided us many benefits. It has freed up a great deal of the time that I was previously spending on administrative work, overseeing resources, and following-up on vendors.

We have also experienced efficiencies with our in-house development team. Previously, they had to spend time cleaning up and fixing work from other vendors. Now, they are able to fully concentrate on their own workload.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management has been the main reason why we have experienced a successful partnership. Compared to other vendors, the access we receive, pleasant communication, and accuracy of details are all greatly improved.

Most correspondence is handled through email and they do a great job of keeping the volume of emails to a minimum. Skype is also used for immediate access if need be.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

P2H is an efficient organization. This is evident in the way the projects are handled from start to finish.

The most impressive aspect of working with P2H however, is the personal touch we receive. Our wonderful Project Manager is always kind, detailed, accessible, professional, and under control. It's reassuring knowing the work will be getting done as expected, and it greatly improves the customer experience when you are dealing with a caring person.

I know there are countless others within the organization working hard behind the scenes to make each project a success, but the PM we deal with is a wonderful representation of the P2H brand.

For the purposes which we are working together, I cannot think of any areas where improvements need to be made.

P2H designed and developed a functioning Shopify store with multilingual and multi-currency support. They were able to seamlessly customize a Shopify theme to match what was sent in our PSD file, and everything looks proper on all size of browsers and all types of devices.

What was the team composition?

I had primary contact with Oleh, the project manager. There were others in the team, but Oleh handled all the correspondence and was very responsive.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was completed a little overtime, but that was due to delays on our end. P2H was quick and efficient, plus helped with a couple minor revisions after the primary delivery.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Oleh managed the project. Very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quick response time, and got it right the first time with minimal revisions. Literally the development equivalent of a WSIWYG website builder - send them your PSD and you'll get a working Shopify store that exactly mimics your design.

No suggestions for improvement, I was very pleased with the entire process.

To produce a website that is responsive and accessible to anyone who wanted to help those on an impossible road. We needed to use the base NASA Data and incorporate into a more comprehensive offering online while still incorporating great design.

The project began with a discovery of the documents, which led to an overall understanding of the challenges and goals. The project team was a group of web experts, designers, Java experts and programmers. Certain experts would be introduced depending on the complexity of the update or the design iteration. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As an emergency relief charity, it is our job to not only have the best and most up-to-date information, but to also communicate that information to those that have a desire to help those in the community. The development of the Impossible Roads Foundation adaptation of the NASA's Crisis Mapping toolkit will have a profound positive impact not only on the way we serve those in need, but on how others respond, in real time, to the challenges that their fellow neighbors face.

Project Management was incredibly impressive and professional. The team regularly met deadlines and always communicated updates and needs in a timely manner. After business hours we often reached out to the the project manager through Skype and always had a reply within minutes. During the course of our work together our management suffered a setback in a terminal illness diagnoses, and the project management for P2H worked with us to push deadlines and schedules further down the road so that we could deal with the changes and challenges.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The project manager for P2H, Anya Pozdnyakova, is the best web development project manager that we have ever had. Without her, the great work that we have finished and are in the process of completing would have not been possible.

There is very little that I can find that needs to improve. We look forward to finally finishing our project int he coming weeks and it has been a great honor and privilege to work with the developers, designers and experts at P2H.

Well, the impact is Quick Implementation. For Wordpress development, I know that I can get anything I want within a week. And the same applies to PSD to HTML requests.

We have an ongoing thread for our project in the client area of their website, where I can ping my Project Manager Alex anytime I need. I always get an answer (understand a quote) in less than 24 hours during regular business days. Then they're ready to get started as soon as they receive payment.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ROCK SOLID quote, I N-E-V-E-R had to deal with the daunted situation to have to add +10/25% for them to complete what we've agreed on. Which is extremely rare in their industry.

I can't think of anything, they're just too perfect and they're worth every cent.
