We had a kick off meeting to discuss the goals and objectives. From there the team agreed the timeframe and deliverables. After a few further discussions the team had built the Shopify website and updated the content. We then began our acceptance testing.

After launching we saw a considerably increase in traffic, the lad time of the website has improved and the Google ranking has improved.

We had regular communications with Virgil and things were dealt with in quick manner. We used Slack and Jira to manage progress.
