Genatec assisted to setup Hyatt Network following all Hyatt Standards. They assisted with setting up network forArtifact.Group( Former Sageblan) , Starbucks. Assisting during hotel opening with joining all endpoints to network, configuring users, establishing O365 licenses.

They were always handling all our needs and requests on timely fashion, lately they assisted as with gmail to O365 migration

They always meet the deadlines for responding to our support requests. They always follow up and make sure to respond adequately to our needs and concerns. With Genatec, I feel safe, I don't need to worry about our IT structure.

Batteries Expert is your one stop shop for all your portable and alternative energy solutions for a wide variety of applications. I join the IS team as a Point of sales solutions and alternative technologies coordinator.

For what projects/services did your company hire Genatec?

Our company needed IT support and help to improve our tools, we did not have the staff on site. Now, Genatec provide on-site and remove IT support and help in managing and training the team on-site.

We heard great comments about them and our IT Director works with them and knew how great the team was.

They manage all the infrastructure and users. We also ask for training with solutions for our new employees.

For our on-site requirements, we have 2 members of the Support team that help.

When they work with our employees, they resolve quickly the problem and if the problem is not resolve, they look deeper to fix it permanently.

Each week, when they are on-site, we begin each day with the request from users. And during the day, they keep me posted as the work they done with our employees.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having them with us help improve the service that we provide to our employees. No issues left unsolved. They always fix our issues.

They provides an excellent services. No changes required.
