I’m a studio operations associate at ClaylaTLV, a pottery painting company. We’re Tel Aviv’s first paint-your-own pottery studio, offering in-studio and off-site pottery painting experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate events.

We needed help designing and developing a website with integrated reservation and booking software to manage our events and workshops.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GenAI.Labs USA worked with us to build a custom website that reflected our brand’s aesthetic while making it easy for visitors to discover upcoming events and reserve spots. They designed the full user experience, implemented a flexible backend reservation system, and ensured mobile responsiveness. Key deliverables included homepage and event landing page designs, calendar and reservation flows, an admin dashboard for managing bookings, and payment integration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website streamlined how we managed events and dramatically improved our booking flow. Customers commented on how easy it is to use, and internally, we’ve saved hours of manual coordination each week thanks to the automated system. We probably saved around four hours a week in bookings and increased bookings by 20%.

GenAI.Labs developed a small-scale prototype that scraped and processed user discussions from selected public channels. Using clustering and sentiment analysis techniques, they grouped posts by theme and emotional tone, helping us quickly identify patterns in community response. Deliverables included a working sentiment clustering model, a sample dashboard visualizing discussion trends, and a short internal report outlining potential next steps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The experiment gave us new ways to visualize player sentiment across fragmented communities and helped validate that early reaction data could be structured and surfaced without manual moderation. While still in exploratory stages, it showed strong potential for deeper, scalable insights in the future.
