The idea was to run a lightweight experiment that could surface early signals from Reddit, Discord, and our official forums to better understand player reactions in near real-time.

GenAI.Labs developed a small-scale prototype that scraped and processed user discussions from selected public channels. Using clustering and sentiment analysis techniques, they grouped posts by theme and emotional tone, helping us quickly identify patterns in community response. Deliverables included a working sentiment clustering model, a sample dashboard visualizing discussion trends, and a short internal report outlining potential next steps.

The experiment gave us new ways to visualize player sentiment across fragmented communities and helped validate that early reaction data could be structured and surfaced without manual moderation. While still in exploratory stages, it showed strong potential for deeper, scalable insights in the future.
