Zetld is a contract intelligence platform designed to simplify the property-buying journey by providing buyers with clear, easy-to-understand information about their purchase and associated contractual obligations. The platform also supports the professionals involved throughout the property transaction—including conveyancers, real estate agents and buyer’s agents—by streamlining workflows, improving access to relevant information and reducing the complexity associated with managing property contracts and transactions. By bringing key information and workflows into a simplified platform, Zetld helps create a more efficient and transparent experience for both property buyers and the professionals supporting them.

We had initially developed a functional prototype using vibe-coding platforms such as Lovable, which enabled us to rapidly validate the concept, demonstrate the product to potential investors and gain the traction required to further assess product-market fit.

The objective for Geeky Ants was therefore not to develop the product from scratch, but to take the existing prototype and translate it into a robust, scalable and production-ready platform, while retaining the core design language and user experience established through the Lovable prototype.

 A key requirement was for Geeky Ants to also provide the necessary technical and AI expertise to determine the most appropriate architecture and approach for the platform. This included understanding the capabilities, limitations and appropriate use cases of the different Large Language Models (LLMs) available, and determining where each model could provide the best outcome. Importantly, the focus was not simply on selecting the most capable LLM, but on identifying the most effective balance between performance, accuracy, scalability, speed and cost.

This required Geeky Ants to assess which models and technologies should be used for different functions within the platform, ensuring we could deliver the best possible user experience while maintaining commercially viable operating costs. In summary, we engaged Geeky Ants to bridge the gap between a rapidly developed proof-of-concept/MVP and a robust, production-ready technology platform, leveraging the existing design foundation while bringing the technical, architectural and AI expertise required to scale the product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have now progressed from the initial prototype to a robust, fully functional and operational platform. The key deliverables provided to Geeky Ants included the requirement to develop a platform that was multi-jurisdictional, initially supporting jurisdictions such as NSW and Victoria, with the underlying architecture capable of supporting additional states and territories as the product expands.

A further critical requirement was the platform's ability to leverage multiple Large Language Models (LLMs). This was not simply a requirement to integrate different LLMs, but to ensure that the platform could intelligently utilise different models while maintaining a consistent, reliable and predictable output.

Given the nature of Zetld and the importance of providing accurate contractual information to property buyers and professionals, accuracy and consistency were fundamental requirements. The platform therefore needed to incorporate appropriate controls, validation and workflows to minimise hallucinations and ensure that outputs remained grounded in the underlying contract and relevant jurisdictional requirements.

The intended outcome was a technology platform that could: Support multiple Australian jurisdictions, with jurisdiction-specific rules and requirements. Integrate and utilise different LLMs where appropriate. Select the most appropriate model based on the task, balancing accuracy, performance, speed and cost. Produce consistent outputs, irrespective of which underlying LLM is utilised. Minimise the risk of hallucinations, inaccurate interpretations or unsupported conclusions.

Provide a scalable technical foundation that could support the expansion of Zetld into additional jurisdictions and use cases. The requirement was therefore substantially more complex than simply building an application with an AI chatbot. Geeky Ants was required to develop the underlying technology, architecture and AI orchestration necessary to make multiple LLMs work reliably within a property and contract intelligence environment, while maintaining the consistency and accuracy expected of a professional-grade platform.

The Geeky Ants project management team communicated extremely effectively throughout the engagement and maintained strong oversight of the project to ensure it remained on track. Communication was consistent and transparent, with the team providing clear visibility of progress, priorities and any issues that could potentially affect delivery.

As the project progressed, there were also a number of Change Requests (CRs) introduced. The project team handled these requests professionally and pragmatically. Rather than simply implementing changes, they took the time to understand the underlying requirements, assess the scope and complexity of each CR, and determine the estimated effort required to deliver it.

Importantly, where a requested change had the potential to impact the agreed project timeline, the team communicated this proactively. They provided clarity around the expected impact and allowed us to make informed decisions regarding priorities and delivery.

This approach created a collaborative and transparent working relationship, ensuring that changes could be accommodated without compromising overall project governance or creating unexpected impacts to delivery timelines. Overall, the project management approach was a significant strength of the engagement, with effective communication, proactive issue management and a structured approach to handling change requests contributing to the successful delivery of the platform.

Performance-based outcomes will become measurable once the product is built and launched later this year.

The key feature of this project is the seamless integration with PrintLogicSystem.com, our chosen CRM system, which will enable us to pass order details to PrintLogic for efficient order management and production processing.

Automated Quoting: Develop a system that presents the shopping flow of HelloPrint without having to manually build out each individual quote scenario. 
Efficient Shopping Flow: Implement a solution that enables users to easily navigate through product selection, customisation, and order placement, similar to the Helloprint website. Avoid the need to manually create individual quote scenarios whenever possible.
