On that front, the project has moved at a steady, structured pace: the product specification and feature listings for both the user app and the admin side have been completed, the design and wireframing work is well underway, and the project has progressed through its review phases on schedule. The collaboration has been responsive, with regular review checkpoints keeping both teams aligned. Performance-based outcomes will become measurable once the product is built and launched later this year.

That structure and responsiveness have let us stay focused on product direction, content, and partnerships, with confidence that the specification and design work is in capable hands. It has been a positive engagement overall, so this is more of a refinement than a criticism. With a fast-moving project and several review sessions, the one area we would highlight is keeping decision records fully consolidated. As scope evolves across multiple discussions, having every decision captured in one consistently updated place makes it easier for everyone to stay aligned. GeekyAnts already documents well; tightening that single-source-of-truth habit further would be the main thing. Beyond that, the structure and communication have been strong, and we have no significant concerns.

Geeky Ants was brought in to build our Lumica application for both iOS and Android. We provided the framework, assets and business logic for the project and they provided the programming workforce. The work included building the full front end using React Native under our specification and an AWS backend using our selected technologies.

We had regular Pull Request for audits of the produced code and we kept regular scheduled meeting to keep the team aligned. Using this method we were able to produce a fully featured application that corresponds to the proposed project. As the project evolved challenges arose but were dealt with in a swift and diligent fashion.

We knew coming to the projects that there would be some challenges and that some setbacks were expected as it is in the nature of project development.
