The work included building the full front end using React Native under our specification and an AWS backend using our selected technologies.

We had regular Pull Request for audits of the produced code and we kept regular scheduled meeting to keep the team aligned. Using this method we were able to produce a fully featured application that corresponds to the proposed project. As the project evolved challenges arose but were dealt with in a swift and diligent fashion.

We knew coming to the projects that there would be some challenges and that some setbacks were expected as it is in the nature of project development. We needed GeekyAnts services to fix bugs and enhance our web application by implementing some complicated features such as Role Based Access Control, Audit Reports, Progress Trails, and DB schema cleanup. We also needed them to fix number of UI bugs to make the web application more presentable and closer to the finalized designs.

from the list of UI bugs, engineers fixed all of them in the set timeframe
from the list of additional features, engineers implemented all of them accurately and even enhanced some existing features by revamping the db schema and code refactoring
optimized the saving functionality, which was taking a lot of time before. Reduced the save tie from 15 seconds to ~5 seconds.

Yes, everything was delivered on time. The most helpful aspect of the team that helped us keep track of things was the daily sync-ups. We discussed what engineers worked on the day before and what they are going to pick up next. Any doubts or questions were resolved early, which helped the team deliver within the decided timeframe. One engineer in the team had to leave the project in between because of a family emergency. GeekyAnts provided a more qualified resource immediately to take up the remaining work to meet the deadlines.
