Site traffic has steadily increased since going live. We also have gotten multiple compliments about the overall design and look of the website. Not only is it eye catching, but it also captures the vibe of our retreats that we put on.

Couldn't be better! I can't imagine working with anyone else on this. Cassi, the CEO of this company, is top notch. She is very intentional with her work ethic. She leads her team with excellence in mind and she has been great with bringing our design vision to life!

I'm the owner of a coffee coffee that supplies roasted beans to folks through a "milk delivery" type model. The company also brews coffee at events (e.g., farmers' market), offers tours, and provides coffee education.

I engaged several companies but settled on Game Changer because they were enthusiastic about the company and its ethos. Moreover, they were kind enough to offer an reduced introductory fee to help the project get started.

After a meeting or two, we provided Game Changer with some products to help them generate Instagram and Facebook Posts. They created a calendar to cover the next month. After reviewing and commenting on it, they had full permission to make posts and engage with the customers. Currently, we're planning on them taking over our weekly newsletter to try to capture more sales from our current mailing list.

At least 3 different member's of the Game Changer team has worked with us. I'm uncertain of their specific positions as they seemed to share roles of content generation, posting, and managing customers.

Our Instagram followers have increased nearly 50% since they began working for us. Our exposure has increased, too, though that is difficult to quantify; customers do comment on the Instagram feed.

I have nothing but praise for this team. They are responsive to my concerns and they replay promptly. They really care about this project and their work. Moreover, they are fun and lighthearted, something which makes any project more enjoyable.

They were intuitive about my style and attitude. They took liberty in being a bit goofy and tongue-and-cheek which was a pleasant surprise. More importantly, though, they really care about the success of this company and they've gone above and beyond what they promised to help that success occur.

They did all the wording and setup from their own research and did not require my input, except to approve. then they carefully took the key messages from the original, mixed the audio with key visual aspects and created a great promotional piece.

I selected this company after using multiple other companies and then interviewing several other companies.

After several meetings to define what we wanted and how we wanted it to be done, they started with theWebsite. While doing the website redesign they also redid our Instagram and Facebook. They also rebranded the company with new logo and name.

They came to the office and filmed me and my staff throughout the clinic in order to get footage for ads and for social media. They started putting out weekly email letters. They initiated the monthly blog. They also initiated a strong SEO campaign. Then they started sitting up marketing finals on Facebook. They revamped our Instagram account and continue to do all of our posts with the materials that we send.

They also continue to come to the company to get more footage for videos for the website as well as Instagram and Facebook and ads.

What was the team composition?

I work very closely with the owner of the firm and occasionally some of her employees. She keeps very close tabs on everything that is going on.

We have had a significant increase in our website traffic, Instagram followers, Instagram engagement, response to Facebook ads. We have obtained many new patients due to their efforts. We have had constant compliments on our Instagram and the re-branding and our new website.

We have scheduled weekly meetings but their team has been incredibly available. My schedule is very random due to other projects but they are always available for me and respond very rapidly. I know that whenever I asked for some thing to be done it will be done very quickly and be done correctly.

Their level of knowledge about both their industry and my industry was impressive. Their ability to delve into our industry and learn the critical aspects of marketing our industry has been impressive.

I honestly cannot think of any area in which they can improve, we are extremely happy with their performance and look forward to having a long relationship with them. I have recommended them to multiple other business owners that I work with. They have also been very impressed.

Game Changer Marketing Solutions created a brand new WordPress website. They used some of the information from our previous site, but it was basically built from scratch. 

They designed a secure, encrypted email portal, through which patients can contact me directly. They also ensured HIPAA-compliant security.

We just worked with Cassi (Owner and CEO).

Somebody else in my industry had worked with Game Changer Marketing Solutions and referred them. One of Cassi’s qualities was that she really researched the industry — she did a lot of background research and became educated on what we do.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in mid-March 2021, and everything was completed by the end of April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For me, the quality of the work is not measured by how many people visit my website, but instead by the long-term savings. Even though I made a big investment upfront, over the long haul, I'm going to save a lot of money because I’ll be able to make changes on my own. Cassi thoroughly educated me on how to use WordPress, so I won't have to call and bug her every time I need to make a change.

The HIPAA-compliant email is also not a tangible measure of success. However, emailing through Gmail wasn’t secure, so protecting me is extremely valuable; it can’t be tangibly measured.

Furthermore, she was also very open to my ideas and used them for the new website, but then used her professionalism to guide me on how things could be even better. Overall, she was very easy to work with. The website has only been up for a month now, but I’m very happy. 

How did Game Changer Marketing Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Cassi was great. We talked once a week for four weeks through Zoom. She recorded every conversation we had where she showed me how to do something. Then, she emailed me the recordings, so if I ever need to go back and reference it, I can do so on my own.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No matter what questions I asked or how much time I needed with Cassi, she was extremely patient. For her, there was no dumb question. She always listened to me, even if she thought she had better ideas than I did. She was very patient and understanding, taking the time to explain her side of it at the end. Her communication skills were really good. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't know her industry that well to say what she could improve on. Everything Cassi did was great, from her communication skills to her timeliness. She was very prudent and punctual, and she didn’t charge extra fees for any extra time she spent. There were no surprises — everything went as she said it would. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Cassi stands behind her work. In our experience, there were no lies or misdirection, and everything she said turned out to be true. She has a ton of her work online, so people can go and visit themselves to see her work.
