We are working with FutureCode on several projects concerning software development and IT consulting. Projects concern vide variety of industries and different technologies. We are working together on both supporting current projects with developers and as well on estimating and outsourcing software development.

FutureCode IT Consulting reached our company directly, offering their services.

FutureCode IT Consulting took end-to-end care of our project needs in terms of:

• building and estabilishing partnership with our organization on day-to-day work
• finding, verifying and onboarding new developers in outsourcing/body-leasing model
• estimating, analysing and developing custom software development projects that used Python/Django on the backend, React with Next.JS on the frontend, and AWS as the cloud provider.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with at least a dozen of FutureCode's developers in different technologies and finished several fixed price projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finished several, custom fixed-projects and succesfully delivered the solutions for our clients. Moreover, we have couple of ongoing projects where FutureCode either supports us with their developers or takes care of software development end-to-end where our clients are highly satisfied with their work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are in constant contact with their CTO, allowing us to respond quickly to project challenges.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

FutureCode IT Consulting works in a very professional manner, simultaneously quickly delivering solutions. Communication is always clear, reducing unnecessary cost and time effort. I appreciated the ability to adapt and deliver high quality support in every project phase.

Nothing in particular right now.

What challenge were you trying to address with FutureCode IT Consulting?

One of the projects that our company was working on was in need of a mid to senior-level developer that had at least three years of experience. We needed to hire someone to join the team on short notice.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FutureCode IT Consulting started out by asking questions and doing research into what we were in need of. They asked about the client and their product, and what kind of developer we required for the project. Based on that information, they recruited a developer to bring in. 

The project was built from scratch using .NET on the backend, Algolia on the frontend, and Azure as the cloud.

We worked with the co-founder and then one developer.

Someone recommended FutureCode IT Consulting to our company.

We invested about 180,000 zlotych (approximately $36,000 USD).

We worked together between November 2021–August 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The most important metric that our company looks at is client satisfaction. Our client was highly satisfied with the work that FutureCode IT Consulting provided. 

How did FutureCode IT Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We really appreciated how they managed the work; it was always clear, and they were very responsive. They used a tracking system tool so we could follow the work of the developer which was very helpful. 

We used Slack, email, and phone calls to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

FutureCode IT Consulting made everything happen very quickly, and the developer was really good. One of the most important things for our company when we hire external vendors is that they are highly communicative and responsive, and they were. 

I would highly recommend them because FutureCode IT Consulting provided high-quality work, and they were on time with everything. The price was also very good.

There is nothing that I can think of.

For what projects/services did your company hire FutureCode IT Consulting?

Our company has an MVP and we didn't really know how to launch it in cloud environment and what obstacles wait for us after launch. We needed audit of our solution and infrastructure to do it properly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked about our challenges on group dedicated for expieriened software developers and from the start it "clicked" as they understood our problem and provide potential solution very quickly and specific plan how to do it quickly.

They started from asking easy questions. What we already achieved and where we would like to be after finishing this project. Then after deep dive into our app they provided specific roadmap how to do it to save our time and money. They were not focused only on this specific project but they also warn us about potential harm in future development if we take shortcuts that our internal CTO confirmed. It's great as I know that FutureCode IT is my partner not another outsourcing company that I have to double check during projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Platform is working, everything functionalities that we wanted were implemented and even more and we are confident that our future development plans won't be an issue or where we should expect those.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

On time, everything was done in Jira or slack. Urgent queries were raised by phone and response time was great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I feel like they are my internal employees with great commitment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Cooperation with my internal graphic was not perfect but good and it's the only thing.
