I am in charge of sponsoring and strategic projects at our company whose mission is to provide in-orbit services.

For what projects/services did your company hire FUTUREBORN®?

We are a scaling up start-up founded in 2018. We had a basic website and we hired FutureBorn to renew our website as well as to create artificial images of our mission.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for best designers who could understand our vision and our quality of work. Out of many other proposals, they were outstanding with their expertise coming from filming and other high-level animation.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had series of meetings close to the website opening. They were available 24 hours, and we could work as if we were next to each other. (Despite the fact that we are located far away from each other). The team was composed of experts who could understand our messages immediately. When we created renders of our missions, they could visualize the sensitive space environment into amazing images which could reflect on both our high-tech but also the delicacy of the mission.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total I worked with 2 people who stayed consistently throughout the project. I have never met the actual designers, but they had good communication within their company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their renders are everywhere in media (BBC, CNN, New York Times etc) with our company news, regarding the topic of space debris. I trust this explains better than what I can explain.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Chief Experience Officer was very friendly and smart to understand the project requirements. Having someone like him adds lots of value in proceeding effective and efficient project implementation. The entire designer team is simply genius.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by their design skills. Their animation and renders are high-quality movie scale. They produce them in such a short time, and I am amazed each time I see their work. They are humble and so friendly and sometimes you feel like they are just around the corner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes timeline was a bit challenging. However due to the quality of outcome, we could manage things smoothly.

I started KINDA in 2018 as I wanted a business that offered more than just garments but rather stylish solutions for busy working women. I created a range of clothing that makes life easier with pieces that are versatile, comfortable and stylish. A range that provides working women with endless ways to wear them. We provide styling solutions, taking you from running errands, to lunch dates, to client meetings or a night out with friends.

Our website was clunky and out of style and date with little conversions. We did a rebrand and relaunch where we needed the right partner, and FUTUREBORN® was just that partner. We need a site that delivered seamlessly and then we needed to have consistent and ongoing marketing campaigns across all digital platforms relevant to us to drive sales and awareness.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended FUTUREBORN® and after sitting with them and hearing who they were and what they have done we knew they had what it takes They understood e-commerce, the need for small businesses to be frugal and penny wise, so they used what we had and made sure they delivered! We have since grown by over 400%!

We delivered our objectives and requirements and they then went away and came back with an action plan for us. We wanted it as less complicated as possible so they came back with a very clear and simple roll out strategy and marketing campaign for going forward. We went with Shopify and they suggested the integrations I need to start and grow as well as the trusted payment gateways and other requirements.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The head of experience and co-founder both met with me on initiation of the project then i dealt with my experience officer directly for everything else. Seamless, not too many cooks in the kitchen and my full trust with them and their skills.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch we saw an initial growth of 100% within the forst 2 months. Once the performance media ads had started on Facebook, Instagram and Google, we grew by over 400% and have never dropped in sales, only growing thanks to their incredible skills and knowledge of digital.

We met twice weekly at project start and managed all comms across their dedicated Slack channel for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience in e-commerce and development and design while fully understanding the retail and sales space.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We cannot fault anything from FUTUREBORN®. They consistently deliver now with all performance marketing and updates and on initial build, the were flawless!

General Specific is a CEO advisory firm. We work with CEOs of early and growth stage new media, technology, and web3 companies across a range of creative and strategic services. In this instance, the client we're working with is Joyride, a web3 gaming company.

We wanted to create an animated teaser trailer for our Tennis Champs mobile game that best represented the lively characters and ethos of the game.

We looked for companies with deep animation and production expertise and creative taste and decided Futureborn checked both of those boxes.
