I am the Managing Director of a UK based Recruitment Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire FULLeSTOP?

Our website was outdated and we needed some fresh ideas and input.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had previously worked with web designers in the UK and in every case were hugely disappointed with their work. So decided to look at designers abroad. We found FulleStop to be extremely communicative, polite, friendly, easy to talk to, who also understood our issues and concerns.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

A number of discovery meetings were held via Zoom / Teams and the project was thoroughly discussed. A number of proposals were submitted and when we chose one the "fine tuning" commenced. Whilst there were a couple of delays, these were communicated to me and were acceptable, Though from me there was no time pressure as i did not want any aspect of the project to be rushed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

i mainly worked with one person who liaised with the rest of the team, although there were two others who occasionally jumped into meetings.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was simple but thorough with no technical slang being used and very user friendly. They also provided us with an "idiot guide", which was extremely useful and we continue to use it all the time. This really does speed up any changes we require, particularly when posting vacancies on the website. We invited clients and candidates to review the website and suggest changes. Everyone was very happy and all functionalities worked perfectly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective as the PM was in constant touch via, text, online, Zoom/Teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Clarity of communications was impressive, I never had to go into micro details as their grasp of our needs were understood quickly and acted upon.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always areas for improvement, but I feel these are more internal and not for me to comment on. The end result was a fully functional website that met our needs and has increased traffic.

We wanted a reliable solution that provides restaurants with a tool to increase their foot traffic and helps others find available discounts.

With a good understanding of our vision, FULLeSTOP helped us create iOS, Android, and web-based versions of our platform. Restaurants, bars, and cafes can promote their business through deals and discounts, and users can search the platform’s database to find those offers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered quality work that reflected our initial idea. It’s too early to share any concrete feedback at this stage.

They were very responsive.

They could be a bit quicker. The development process took longer than we anticipated.
