Frenchy Digital LLC developed and designed our website. We initially met to discuss our website needs, during which they showed us samples of some successful website designs they had completed. I compiled content and photography to demonstrate my portfolio and services and provided them with some content from previous documentation I had. They then put together a draft based on that conversation.

After that, we had a round of edits. We worked closely together, emailing back and forth until the website went live. They also walked me through how to make updates independently, which gave me the autonomy to make changes. As my product portfolio continues to grow, I need access to make changes to my services, photography, and other parts of it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They built my website around user integration, making it intuitive for clients to find information. The biggest thing with a website is that you want people to be able to inquire easily, and they did an exceptional job of making that easy for clients to do. 

My inquiries went up dramatically after the website was launched. Before, I didn’t have a way for clients to contact me for my services. Now, I receive 3–5 inquiries weekly.

They delivered on time and within budget and communicated well. We used Notion and email to communicate and share documents.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Working directly with Chris and Yasmine was great. We met regularly, and they listened to my business needs. I felt comfortable having conversations with them. They understood the direction I wanted to take the site in and implemented it.

I had a great experience working with them. This was my first experience working with a web developer or designer, and they truly listened to my business needs.

Don’t be afraid to be honest; let them know what you’re looking for in a website and your business needs. For this project, they made me think about things besides the design and how to present my work, helped me capture what my clients need, and assessed what types of clients are out there.

I'm the CEO of ClinicalEdify. Our company focuses on facilitating, streaming, and organizing the student onboarding process for nursing and allied health students for over 100 hospitals. We enroll students from more than 200 nursing and allied health schools.

What challenge were you trying to address with Frenchy Digital?

Currently, platforms are available to assist schools in simplifying document submission to hospitals. However, there isn't a platform available to aid hospitals in this process.

Hospitals are burdened with a tedious, time-consuming document review process requiring more flexibility. I wanted to develop a platform that addressed the concerns and challenges that hospitals are meeting in outfitting much of their educators' work on student onboarding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Frenchy Digital has been incredibly helpful in creating a customized dashboard for me. They use AWS for hosting.

The team is very accommodating in making necessary changes, especially since different hospitals have varying processes for onboarding students and processing clearance. Frenchy Digital organizes my files how I want and even provides additional services when necessary. 

I work with high-end hospitals or health systems that are desirable to nursing and allied health schools. The problem is the time it takes for the school and the hospital to clear them, as there is a lot of back-and-forth communication with the HIPAA and FERPA-compliant dashboard. 

With this cloud-based dashboard, the schools, hospitals, the student, and ourselves, the QA assurance arm, can communicate seamlessly without utilizing email, phone calls, and text messages. It reduces the time that everyone puts into the onboarding and clearance process. Additionally, it offers hospitals a secure solution against malware and hacking threats. The function isn't used for patients; therefore, integrating it is unnecessary.

Furthermore, we reviewed documents on the various health systems regarding what is collected and needed and the timeframes. For example, suppose a student is not cleared for health reasons or needs to provide more information about their reaction to certain vaccines. In that case, they must provide proof that we will verify before proceeding to the next step of the clearance process.

The health system wants something standard and set. The problem I encountered is that even though most of the documents are standardized, every single hospital will want the ability to have flexibility on what they do or how they onboard. Being able to offer that variation within the dashboard or identify a particular type of school or student is beneficial.

I have worked with at least 3–4 team members who have met with me over Teams or Zoom. 

Yasmine (Co-Founder & Product Manager) and Chris (CEO & Co-Founder) have been very hands-on, which I appreciate, especially when dealing with demanding health systems.

I evaluate their responsiveness and the outcomes they deliver when I request specific tasks. Their service has been excellent. They provide a high ROI with speedy results, adaptability, and clear communication regarding the workload. They are also accommodating when I need to adjust expectations or add additional tasks. Overall, I am pleased with their delivery.  

We had an update a month ago with some minor issues. My staff realized it right away and contacted Frenchy Digital. Within 24 hours, those bugs were identified and cleared.  

We're still working on various filters I need for the hospitals and schools to see added value beyond the scheduling, clearance of students, and document housing. This added value has proven very effective in pitching the platform to health systems.

Their service is superb, and I'm really happy. Yasmine provides me with accurate estimates on the amount of time, in terms of manhours, days, or weeks, required to execute a task. I haven't had any issues with something outrageous where it is beyond a couple of days from our agreed-upon timeline. 

We utilize Slack for communication and Google Docs for document sharing. The Frenchy Digital team has made themselves available to me over the phone and via text messaging.

Frenchy Digital has a great group of professionals. As someone revolutionizing a very standard process that has been around since student hosting was a thing for hospitals, the team's flexibility to communicate through various communication channels and availability has been helpful. I never feel like they're avoiding or keeping me in the dark.

During our initial collaboration, there was one team member whom I had difficulty reaching for a few days. However, it has been at least six months since that person was part of their team. That was due to an individual issue rather than a reflection of Frenchy Digital.

It's important to note that if your initial request evolves into something different, it may require additional time and financial investment to execute the vision entirely. I started by sharing a vague idea of my vision with Frenchy Digital. We discussed my goals, and I provided examples of other sites I wanted to draw inspiration from. Frenchy Digital created a logo based on our vision, and then they designed and built the website and customized it to fit my needs. They also added our pictures and videos to the website to make the landing page more engaging. Once they finished working on the site, they conducted keyword research and provided SEO services to improve our Google ranking.

Additionally, the team created a questionnaire with 16 questions and four multiple-choice answers per question. We haven’t had any significant problems with the website since the team transitioned to working on maintenance. Since launching the site, we’ve faced one hacking incident, but the team handled the issue and got the site back up and running within a day.

We wanted to build an app to focus on corporate and employee wellness and benefits. We hired Frenchy Digital to help design and develop a mobile and web application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them our ideas, and we’ve been building the app together from scratch. Frenchy Digital helped us create the MVP, guiding us from the website to the mobile app. They’ve also put together a roadmap for taking us through the app's launch, including suggestions for SEO and marketing. 

The application has hundreds of fitness and wellness videos and allows users to receive feedback and data. Our company works with large tech companies and film studios, so it was important to us that we build something that could handle a high volume of users. The app is essentially a one-stop shop that offers everything in terms of wellness, fitness, and well-being.

There are two ends to the app, one for the manager, and the other for employees or any other user. When a user signs up on the website, they get an entire dashboard with personalized recommendations and other features. Our users can create their own events worldwide for any offices that they have, and they can book sessions and challenges. There is also a livestream function and Spotify integration on the app. 

We’re currently building a webstore where users can earn points to redeem them for merchandise. Frenchy Digital is offering maintenance and IT services for anything we need. We use Apollo.io for the livestreaming feature.

On the first day we launched, we garnered around 100 users. Our overall goal is to get all of our clients and employees on the app eventually. Once the app goes public, it will be open to the individual user, which was also a goal of ours. We plan on having a lot of companies and individuals utilizing this app in the near future. 

We were under a time crunch, and needed to build an app quickly because our business wouldn’t function without it, and Frenchy Digital has been able to deliver fully for us. They took our design and brought it to life.

I'm the owner of a Construction Contracting Company

For what projects/services did your company hire Frenchy Digital, and what were your goals?

Our website was a One pager on WIX and it was very obsolete. We wanted a website that could process payments, but also send invoices to prospects and clients. We also wanted a service that enables the users to sign documents sent after starting a project and for them to keep track of the works while we were constructing their property.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Frenchy reached out to us via LinkedIn. We liked how they went about telling us about their services and since we were looking to re-do our website to be mobile friendly, it was almost a pre-determined partnership. Zaid their salesman was incredibly helpful and very responsive so we liked that approach and felt like we could trust them.

Step 1 after we signed with Frenchy we had a kickoff meeting. That’s where we gave them all our login info, godaddy details, and then they structered a game plan for the project and the milestones we would need to achieve in order to finish the project on time. We were in contact with Jasmine the whole time as she was the Technical Project Manager working with us.

She helped elaborate on what needed to be done in order for us to create the necessary content and also define the steps our clients would take when signing the forms or creating their special requirements for the construction jobs they’d want us to do. We basically left Wix and went with a more advanced Wordpress with Frenchy’s recommendations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the quizz, our closing rate has increased by 20%! Our website’s user experience is also astonishing! Not only did Frenchy re-vamp the look and feel, but they created a whole entire new system for our customers to use when they want us to do construction for them. It’s way easier for us to create invoices and send them to our clients via this system and we are very happy to have the new lead generation quiz on our page to filter the customers who are serious and those who are not.

We are receiving only quality leads through the new website and are very happy that Frenchy even gave us a spread out payment plan to curve the cost of our development. We gave them feedback and they were always on top of things and making us super happy with the quality of the development that was delivered.

I am a partner and Director of a Medical Psychology Clinic that offers detoxification therapy.

For what projects/services did your company hire Frenchy Digital, and what were your goals?

We had An old System that was all through paper and nothing digital. Be it appointments, patient info, schedules of our physicians programs or even maintenance. That old system didn’t fit our growing needs in our Clinics model so we were looking for a firm to create a custom software that would help us save time with all of the procedures stated plus help us in automating our processes.

We had a very complex schedule that involves many doctors treating the same patient so that’s also why we needed an internal mobile app that is tailored to our needs. We also needed help with social media, we were paying different agencies and had no structure or visibility on what was really done. We needed to have just one partner that manages our accounts, ads, and website updates.

We also wanted to experience and build a virtual therapy methodology to treat patients for phobias, addictions, and anxiety.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Frenchy was referred to us via another clinic in Beverly Hills in which we know the owners. We scheduled multiple meetings with other vendors to estimate our costs with going with other providers and thought in the end we’d rather go with a young team that has a lot of experience and motivation to deliver results.

When Frenchy took over management they introduced us to Jasmine the technical manager during our kickoff meeting. They asked to be added to our social media accounts as admin‘s to fully audit our accounts. They also asked our Go Daddy domain‘s logins and our word press login information in order to make sure that the app that they will creates will be easily integrated Into our current system.

This lasted a couple of weeks. After their audit was completed they filled in the missing information and connected the pixel data to our website from the social media in order to make sure tracking was optimized. They found so many issues with the current tracking system and gave us a report of what was done after the second week. Before they initiated the ads they had a meeting with us in order to confirm strategy, Ad copy, and creative.

They also re-branded our online image after the third week since we also had issues with our Google platform. Once the social media clean-up and ad campaigns were launched on Facebook and Instagram, they started working on our in-house app that would rely on React technology. We created the features together during a meeting with Jasmine and the technical team.

Once we defined all the technical aspects of the app they gave us a more detailed quote of how much it would cost in order for everything to be developed. They helped us define an MVP during that technical meeting. At first, they would develop the core features that we needed in order to structure our clinic's organization better and then the features that were not necessarily needed in the MVP.

So First we created a special scheduling system, calendar, and appointment booking system in order to already fix most of our organizational issues. The process of creating this special app and integrating it through react and WordPress took about three months in total. Since there are still features of the app that we did not create we are still ongoing with certain features but are pretty satisfied with the results already.

Frenchy helped us create also a virtual app that connects to the Oculus platform. The goal was to make a virtual reality experience for those who suffer from traumatizing events, phobias, and addictions. They brought all the materials needed and the machines so that our patients could use the system. They also helped our psychologists to create protocols for the patients using the software.

When we had our meetings in the beginning with Chris the owner who was present in order to help us structure our campaigns and set up of the accounts. Jasmine was our main point of contact in our collaboration with FRENCHY. She would be the one that would take our recommendations for the app and website and then she’d give it to her team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall We needed a team to help us test this new system and integrate that in the treatment process of our clinic and scale our ads. On the social media aspect they helped us get over 1M views on our ads, over 10,000 patientes booked through our integrated system using social media. We are able to take on average 30 more patients a day since our schedules are no longer hectic.

We had to hire 4 more Drs and psychologists since the number of patients has increased by more than 450% in the past year. With the video ads, they targeted everyone who had anxiety issues, depression, stress, and who were looking for 3-4 week detoxification sessions. The objective of these ads was for potential patients to watch at least 10s of the video and potentially send a message directly to the clinic and become a lead.

These results are as follows : Over 15,000 Likes 4,300 comments 9.100 Shares 1,797,000 views of more than 10s Meaning that almost 1M potential patients living in this local market, have seen these videos of the clinic. Frenchy started the publicities in late October 2019 but has consistently every month up until today have generated at least 300 leads a month in general. In all, they’ve generated over 4M dollars worth of traffic to this clinic since the beginning of our collaboration.

We communicated via slack, Zoom calls for meetings, and emails for progress reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Frenchy Digital is an exceptional partner and extremely knowledgeable in their fields vast through. Having extensive knowledge on Facebook ads, Google ads and even enterprise mobile app development was truly the fact that made us go with them and not other agencies that were only specialized in one aspect.

This gave us complete confidence in their abilities to deliver and thus we stay partners. Also the fact being that their team is young shocks us but gives us confidence in their drive to always bring new ideas to the table.

There are no areas for improvement for us, they’ve been exceptional.

Our website was a typical spa website without much design done in the past 7 years. We wanted something more user-friendly for our patients and that embodied our brand for future growth and more diverse services.

Frenchy was a referral from another spa they’ve worked with revamping their website. We found Frenchy to be responsive, and reasonable with the goal of making this website the best possible site it can be.

Jasmine makes you feel like you’re the most important client she has ever worked with. She is patient, she listens to our needs and provides novel ideas and thinks outside the box. She was brought on the team after signing with Frenchy Digital as our Technical PM. We needed to completely revamp our web experience and re-do our policies to be completely compliant as a Medical Spa. We started with a kickoff meeting to get all our information to Frenchy.

Chris the CEO was our First contact, then he had Jasmine manage the project with us and created a system of communication between their developers and designers to fit our needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is now over 300 % Faster than when it was before. That’s not an understatement, they were able to make a google score above 80 for mobile which we have rarely seen for websites like our own. Even if it’s relatively new we've already received some great feedback on its design from our patients who really love the way it looks to book their appointments. The user experience is fluid and not confusing anymore!

We used Dropbox, slack as a communication channel, and Trello for project management. Frenchy made everything very understandable and user-friendly since we never had a team like them before.

Frenchy takes personal pride in making a website as amazing as it can be and they do bring that much-needed “French Touch”.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, we love working with them and we will continue to refer them to our other friends and business partners.
