The scale/level of detailed communication (soley via email, video) and to actually deliver a quality product is impressive.  On a referral I applied and was overjoyed when chosen (out of many applications) to receive a FREE website!🎉 As a small business owner, having a professional and user-friendly website presence is crucial.  They went above and beyond to deliver a stunning website landing page that exceeded my expectations!

What I find impressive about the Free Website Guys is the quality of work that they performed. They treated my small business start up just like they would any one else. I know they put the same level of care into my project as any other. 

I 100% recommend working with The Free Website Guys! Each step of the process was broken down easily and with a video to explain what was needed on my part, and any questions that I had were answered very quickly. While I was told that responses my take up to two business days, I don't believe that I waited more than 24 hours to hear back about the next steps on my project. The finalized product was professional and something I knew I couldn't have done myself! If I need any future website help or work done in the future, I know I will be coming back to the Free Website Guys!

I believe they did everything that was in their scope to help me and they always had suggestions for third party support if something feel outside of their scope of practice. The only thing I would suggest for future would be maybe a list of reliable third party apps that they could share with any new business - but this doesn't necessarily fall within their expertise. They were great!

I don't know how complicated would have been considering these SDKs for the initial website deployment.

What I found most impressive about The Free Website Guys was their combination of professionalism and generosity. They delivered a polished, professional website at no cost, which is a unique offering in itself. Their clear communication, timely updates, and helpful support materials, like instructional videos, made the process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that not only provides such high-quality work but also genuinely cares about the success of their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be enhancing the audio quality of some of the support videos. A few had low audio output, which made them harder to follow at times. Re-recording those videos or boosting the audio would make them even more effective. Other than that, the process and results were excellent, and I was very happy with their service overall.
