I am so incredibly grateful, for the opportunity to have my website built by Sven, Kurly and the team at 'The Free Website Guys'. They went above and beyond to assist me. They were so patient, kind and professional when dealing with my severe technological incapabilities and my over complicated list of requirements and my mistakes which they fixed repeatedly without a complaint.

Even though, I used a DIVI themed website, there was so much scope to be able to creatively change components as I wanted to. With Sven and Kurly's help, the end result was pretty much everything that I had wished for. I can't thank them enough for giving me their time and effort and for giving me the gift of a website, which changes the game for me.

I would have had to pay a few thousand for this website elsewhere. Throughout the whole experience, the most impressive thing about the Free Website Guys, was although the website was virtually free ( I just paid a minute, nominal amount to third party services), I was treated in the same way had I gone to another agency and paid thousands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

They went above and beyond expectations, so nothing to add here.

I can’t say enough about the Free Website Guys! Sven and his team have been amazing. I can always count on them to get back to me. And I know that the answer they give will be something that will help us move forward. They did an amazing job creating my website and were very clear about the process. 
All I needed to do was email them using the same subject line and wait for a couple of days. Then, I had a response back. These guys know what they are doing and treated me right. In fact, they went above and beyond. I am so very grateful to have worked with them. I am enjoying putting my information into my site now and making it my own. It is going to be beautiful!

I was not sure and still am not sure about the Blue Host who hosts my new site. Their customer service in my opinion has not been the best. BUT this has been a SMALLLLLLLL part of my experience with the Free Website Guys - it has nothing to do with them. I am a raving fan of them.

From start to fisinh we used email and goolge forms so that nothing was lost, they sent detailed development notes every step of the way and gave me acess to an awesome team that walked me through each step of the design process.

On day one I had a web page that was nowhere near ready to be shared, after working with The Free Website Guys I have a full site for web and mobile and complete intergration from my booking calendar to my social media.

They worked diligently with me and sent informative vides and step by step guides to ease the process along, my budget was limited and they never once made me feel bad for that. They actually emapowered and encourged me along the way and mad an amazing website that is worth far more than I would have been able to afford.

They did the best they could and even sent me emails late at night or early in the morning and worked on hoildays. They are doing a great job! I would not ask for me!

Not only did they build me a website for free, but they walked me through every step of the way to what I needed to accomplish next with video tutorials and step-by-step instructions in personalized emails. The Free Website Guys took care of every step involved in creating my professional website. First, they had a detailed consultation to understand my business needs and goals. Then, they helped me choose the best theme from a range of providers that suited my brand. 

After that, they guided me on how to gather and organize my content, including text, images, and multimedia. They set up the chosen theme, customized it to fit my specifications, and developed both the frontend and backend of the site, adding necessary plugins for additional features. They thoroughly tested the site to make sure everything worked well across different devices and browsers.

Finally, they launched the website and provided documentation so I could manage it myself. The main deliverables were the customized website design, functional backend setup, integrated features, and support documentation.

The free website guys empowered me to get started without prior knowledge, while also guiding me through very accessible video tutorials on how a web newbie like me can make further customizations and maintenance on my own.

Through communication with the FWG, they both created and facilitated the proper creation of hosting a website on a web server. FWG have excellent, concise video tutorials to help get things started before they work their magic. They were also very open to offering input when indecision. Their responses are personalized and quicker in response than I could even keep up with sometimes!

Their business model is to work for free for aspiring small business owners like me.  Because of their excellent service, many clients hire them at market rates.  As an aspiring speaker and future small business owner, coming across TheFreeWebsiteGuys' contact information was an absolute gift--it was a door in to what seemed like a black box for me.  It was hard to believe something this good could be free--but I am delighted to have a website ready to publish.
