We started off by analyzing my brand recognition and how it affects the markets in which Eliel Advisory is present in. Subsequently, Fram proposed a few action items to perform in order to boost my recognition, including SEO, Social Media Marketing. The deliverables meant that I found 5 new clients in a matter of 3 months, which is above and beyond my expectation and investment.

Our website was last updated in 2011 and had become outdated. Our BASSCOM team had limited design skills, so we outsourced to Fram Creative the overall branding and design of the new website, as well as the design of various marketing materials - presentations, newsletter, etc.

The company's team approached us with a good understanding of our organization's business, its goals and activities, and the main messages we wanted to convey through the website.

So we choose them, more over they are part of our organization and are a company with excellent reputation.

We gave basic specification of our needs and vision and then they send us very first drafts. We went for a certain design and we continue discussions on the website in meetings on regular bases.

They are working as a team but we had a dedicated person - Marina who was always presenting and explaining the designs.

We have a very nice new website, we get super positive feedback from many members of our organisation and we increased our visibility. We are happy with what we get!

The project is serious and was running not really fast but the process and workflow were efficient and up to speed with our needs and time to respond.
Fram Creative Team was very supportive during the whole project.

They do care about the organisation and paid attention to every single detail and need. They were responsive and did everything with heart.  We appreciate them not just as vendors but as part of our BASSCOM family!

If we have to build website now, we (both sides) will be much more efficient and fast. We will give clear requirements and talk more often, set more meetings, more design reviews, etc.

We are very happy with the deliverables Fram's team provided. We were really impressed by the designs. Our investors and design partners have asked who designed our product, since it was a remarkable design.

The UI/UX team were responsive to our questions and demands. Most of the communication took place via email or comments on the shared workspace, and we met only when necessary.

The UX/UI designers worked so fast, and the design itself was remarkable. The team works effectively and is able to provide top-class designs in a short timeframe.

To avoid misunderstandings, we could have held a meeting before the design was started to mock up our product together.

Our website needed some serious design work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Fram Creative is the best performing UI/UX company in FinTech in the region of Southeast Europe so it was extremely easy to choose them for our project.

We started with brainstorming sessions where Fram's designers wanted to understand our needs and vision. After a couple of days they presented us a series of proposals from which to choose the one we like the most. At the end they were hands on during the whole process of implementation the envisioned changes.

We worked with two designers working for our project. All of the work done by them was revised by the CEO and at the end only final proposals were presented to us.

The website we created together with Fram turned out to be the most visited FinTech association website in Europe. It is very visually appealing and full of important information, accessible with a few clicks. The daily visitors on the new website increased by 300% compared to before.

The communication with Fram's team was very easy, and most importantly very effective and efficient. Every time we had a request it was taken seriously and implemented immediately.

I was astonished of the team's knowledge, experience and the easiness they can transfer them to non-experts like us. With their help our team was able to see and understand not only what are the latest trends in website design but also realise what is really needed for our audience and what would work best in our case.
