I’m the co-founder of Sip&Sin Ltd., the winery is called Белият Заек (White Rabbit wines BG), a wine production and sales company.

We needed help creating our brand and designing labels that told our story and concept.

FourPlus helped us create our brand and design our labels. The team also helped us with social media and the brand launch. FourPlus delivered our brand logo, name, and social media posts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in our brand recognition, social media followers, engagement, and sales. We also received compliments for the labels, brand, and story.

How did FourPlus perform from a project management standpoint?

FourPlus delivered on time and was very organized and professional. It was easy to work with them. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by FourPlus' professionalism. They took the project very personally and did everything they could to help us develop and start strong.

I cannot think of anything. To be honest a lot of my/the company's needs got resolved and upgraded to be more functional through written communication and team meetings.

The rebrand of the channel was separated in two tasks: 

1. First part: redesign of brand’s visual identity- name, tagline, logo, full graphic package, brand persona, tone of voice, color palette, typography, channel’s ID etc. 
2. Second part: develop and execute a launch campaign in internal (owned) & external channels

The company very deeply analyzed the current stage of the channel, the positioning, the weaknesses and strengths. As well, their proposals for visual identity and launch campaign perfectly met our needs.

The project scope involved developing a specific number of assets & micro-interactions with defined functionality requirements: 

1. Icons: restyling + animation 
2. Mascot: modernization + animation 
3. UI elements micro-interaction

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Delivering set amount of revamped iconography + animating them for certain scenarios 
• Delivering modernised mascot, animated in 4 different scenes 
• Create the agreed micro-interactions for key positions in our product 
• Provided multiple iterations based on our feedback 
• Providing design assets and motion guidelines - Providing project files

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management could've been better. Initially the scope of the project was set for 3 months, however due to couple reasons listed below, the scope extended to almost 6 months in total. The biggest reason for the delay is more unplanned iterations. The initial feedback loops were only in written form, which resulted in extra delays and misunderstandings between both sides. The team was flexible & quick in their reactions, but we didn't always feel understood.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very kind and responsive team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FourPlus could have done differently?

The major thing we'll point is the project management & planing. Roadmap communication was poor and timeline changes were not well communicated with us. More focus to details would've result in less iterations. Our feeling was that the people working on our tasks are multitasking, which resulted in sometimes quickly produced work without all our comments resolved. Inconsistency in the produced assets and their styles made it seem like multiple people undertake one task and work partially on it, without syncing with each other.
