Footprint.io maintains three websites for 2 businesses and our director. They have participated in design of a Credly digital badge and certifications section, consolidating and organizing pages and useability of the website interface so clients can access information needed faster. 

They recently designed and coded 4 forms, one for applications for students to apply to our festival, and a payment form for students and guests with conditional formatting, connecting the API to the payment processor, and integrating the form responses into Notion databases for our organization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are getting less emails with questions that can be answered by clients accessing information on our website because they are able to find the information easily. We are not needing to explain the pricing structure or how to use the forms like we did with our old system because the custom payment forms are so user-friendly and automatically calculate the amount owed by the clients. 

The integration into Notion helps our organization immensely with the elimination of margin of error with less data entry needed by our staff. This saves time for our staff to be more creative and work on creating the best experience possible for our clients.

Mike is an excellent project manager. If something is not going to plan, he immediately makes modifications to the scope of projects. He is always reachable. The vast majority of projects with Footprint.io are delivered on time.

They were very experienced, professional, and committed to delivering the required updates on time and budget. Good use of different time zones meant the team would work on the new functionality whilst I slept, then I would test/review and give feedback during my daytime. This allowed for quick clarifications, ongoing discussions of complexities, and informed decision-making on my part. 

The team was a real pleasure to work with. And I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Of course, it is essential that the client is very clear on what they want, has set aside the appropriate resources on their end, and has scoped the work in good detail first.

We started with the business concept which they reviewed and commented on. We then moved to custom site development which included graphic design. Once site was developed, and after excellent communication throughout the process to ensure that it was both what I wanted, and secondly, what was most likely to succeed, we progressed to discussing marketing and payments integrations.

Their ethics and values impressed me from day one, and the feeling that I was doing business with friends in the process. It wasn't a formal or stiff interaction, but a very friendly, open interaction where no question or idea wasever thought to be "stupid" or the like. I've worked with other companies that always made you feel like you didn't know anything, but the team at Footprint.io made me feel like I was an integral part of the development on a regular basis.

Any minor suggestions that I presented to the team at Footprint were often implemented in "real-time" and so I never felt like they needed to improve as they were already improving every aspect of the process as it happened. This was very impressive
