What challenge were you trying to address with Flybolt Digital Marketing?

We hired Flybolt Digital Marketing to help with our paid search advertising and PPC efforts. We wanted to gain more business and be competitive in our market, but we didn’t have time to manage our advertising independently.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flybolt Digital Marketing has taken over our two existing advertising campaigns and optimized them. They’ve also created new campaigns and managed our paid search efforts for Google. Furthermore, the team has worked on keyword research and made structural changes to our website for SEO purposes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we started working together, Flybolt Digital Marketing hit the ground running and delivered results immediately. We measure success through the number of lead conversions and new clients, which have increased. 

How did Flybolt Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great with regard to project management; we’ve never had an issue. We meet via Google Meet and Zoom and communicate via phone, text, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Joel is incredibly easy to work with and knowledgeable. He explains technical terms in a simple, helpful way, which is comforting. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing Flybolt Digital Marketing could improve on.

Communication is key. If you have questions or need clarification on something, communicate with them.

I am the marketing director for a hospitality business located just outside Yellowstone National Park. We offer lodging and guided tours into Yellowstone.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A referral and the fact that Flybolt Digital invested into finding us solutions and had our best interest at heart from the beginning.

We laid out our goals and described our desired outcome. Flybolt created new campaigns for us and set reasonable expectations which we were able to measure in great details and precision. Our Google Adwords campaigns were created and executed on time and with better results than we could have expected.

We had one person work with us from beginning to the end of the project. Joel is the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All expectations were met on time and on target. We never went over budget and the ROI from our campaigns were better than expected. Flybolt delivered in every way.
