I’m the owner of Swift Design Business Solutions, a design and development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Feather Techlabs LLP?

I needed full-stack development support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help with full-stack development. My projects are in Vue.js, Python, Express.js, and MongoDB.

One project is being built in two phases. It’s an internal application for a popular school.  There’s student registration, which entails giving access to chapters, tracking, and progress reports. We have a second launch this month. It’s a web-based application with the frontend built in Vue.js and the backend in Express.js.

The second project is a building box system. There’s a file management sharing option, including an internal chat option. They’re responsible for front-and backend development. The UX development is partially done by us but most of the integration part is done by their team. We do testing on both ends. Once it’s approved, we move forward.

We work with 3–4 people.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $3,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re excellent in their technology. The main developer has good knowledge of the MEAN stack They’re very professional. We’re happy with the deliverables. We provide them with our requirements, and they follow them well.

How did Feather Techlabs LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Skype and Trello. The communication is good, and they’re responsive. They work responsibly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They make complex aspects easy, and they have good knowledge on database strategies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could increase their bandwidth. There were no major issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to have good communication with them.

I needed to outsource a development partner that can create my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Feather Techlabs LLP designed and developed a WordPress website for me. Apart from those two major tasks, they also integrated different features into my website including video panels, contact forms, and an email subscription link.

My main point of contact was Parth (Founder).

My friend recommended them to me after their previous engagement that went well.

The project ran from June–December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Feather Techlabs LLP delivered quality work that exceeded my expectations. Their research skills also allowed me to have a business that competed well in the market. I'm looking forward to hiring them again as my development partner for my clients' projects.

How did Feather Techlabs LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Skype for communication and Trello and Jira for project management. Feather Techlabs LLP was a communicative team — it was easy to reach them whenever I needed their team to apply small changes.
