Three websites for our client with a fairly consistent flow and a job advertisement module integrated with the internal system via XML, integration on all three websites. Two websites for one brand, the third for the other with different CI/UI style and based on differener type of industry. Both with b2b and b2c users with highly developed components and animations, one with 18 subpages, links, integration with the internal system created by the client. 
The first project in May implemented in just two weeks with all content and very dynamic changes requiring quick action and corrections. The entire project required a lot of commitment, numerous meetings with both the client and the developers on his side, as well as meetings and consultations with the design team. Good and fast communication as well as project management were extremely important here due to the short deadline and the client's requirements.

Correct integration with the client's internal system, development in line with the design team's assumptions, in line with their comments and guidelines, a fast-working site without unnecessary burdens with an intuitive cms for further development by the client. The ability to predict future solutions within the development of the company and the site at a later stage, and the client's satisfaction with the entire cooperation process with meeting the intended expectations.

PM was very committed, open to changes and acting quickly both in contact with the client and the project team. She signaled problems, suggested solutions and acted to prevent possible delays that could result from many sides.
