The Fast Way handled the end-to-end development of a custom real estate CRM platform along with our company’s public-facing website. The scope of work included business requirement analysis, system architecture planning, UI/UX implementation, backend and frontend development, database design, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

The project was focused on improving operational efficiency, streamlining lead handling, and creating a professional digital presence for our real estate business.

What were the most important features of the CRM or website?

The Fast Way focused mainly on lead management, property inventory workflows, follow-up automation, and creating a fast, user-friendly dashboard experience. Extra attention was given to workflow customization, performance optimization, responsive design, and ensuring the CRM matched our real estate sales process.

We worked with 15 teammates from The Fast Way.

The project has improved lead tracking and response management, streamlined internal sales operations, reduced manual work through centralized CRM workflows, and helped generate more inquiries through the new website. The system has also improved team visibility, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

How did The Fast Way perform from a project management standpoint?

The Fast Way has been responsive throughout the project and delivered the major milestones on time. We primarily communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stands out about The Fast Way is their ability to understand the business and technical sides of the project. They’re proactive, solution-oriented, and able to customize the CRM around real operational needs instead of offering a generic system.
