The entire PQube Team was very professional in their approach to me and my project. Till date there are regular weekly review meetings happening without fail. Also, they have a proper actionable plan in place for each month in advance and it is executed promptly very well on time. Also, they are available most of the time on phone, emails and WhatsApp etc. for any kind of support I required.

After launching our new website, we saw an improved performance on the website, specifically the speed of the website had improved a lot which helped in loading the pages quickly. Also, they had optimized the website across all devices. Our clients loved the new look of the website, not just that it also provided them a better understanding of our services.

Hosted with cloud based solution and maintaining with 99% uptime for seamless experience to the end users.

PQube CEO & Technology Architect was main point of contact for major upgrades and enhancements. Routine matters being attended by their technical engineers and QA testers.

All the projects and addons were completed within reasonable & practical timelines. There were delays on very few occasions over the years but overall, we are satisfied with their services. The solutions they provided are on the expected lines; as such, the outcomes are extremely satisfying. The involved contribution of MD to update on the changing environment vis a vis requirements were exemplary and as such we could keep up the pace with the market requirement.

Requirements are initially discussed over a call. Further the technical feasibility and alternative suggestions are discussed with entire BReTs & PQube team and after sufficient brainstorming, the requirements are transformed to Tasks with timeline estimates. Once the new features are developed, the updates are deployed by PQube to a Staging environment for UAT & Client testing. On sign off, the new updates are then launched to Live environment. Any support and technical issues or bugs, are done using their HelpDesk ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.

PQube has the length and breadth of knowledge in almost all areas of IT solutions from Application development, Mobile App technology, Cybersecurity, Email Hosting and Infrastructure / Network management. We are happy with having an end-to-end solution provider and PQube is our One-Stop shop for all technology requirements.

Overall they have done a great job. We suggest PQube should have more junior and support engineers that can assist with Live Environment ticketing.

Through a known source, we contacted PQube and our association with them is for last 6 years or so.

The solutions they provided are on the expected lines; as such, the outcomes are extremely satisfying. The involved contribution of MD to update on the changing environment vis a vis requirements were exemplary and as such we could keep pace with the market requirement.

It is good except during pandemic wherein some distortion was noticed due to unavoidable circumstances.

Their team has tight timelines and budgets, but they’ve been able to deliver within those constraints. Typically, we communicate through Microsoft Teams.

Our website was originally created and running on an outdated e-commerce platform that needed to be replaced. Our goals were to retain the functionality of a custom built e-commerce website and carry the features, customer accounts, and order history to be migrated over without any bugs or issues. We also wanted to make sure during this upgrade and revamp to make our new website mobile friendly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with the team here in the past and was pleased but I still shopped around and interviewed other solution providers to confirm this was the right choice for me.

We had a kickoff meeting to review the inner workings of the current website, discussed the key features that were most important and we created a list with priority levels of what was needed and created a phased approach to tackle this large project that included hundreds of thousands of products and seemingly as many legacy orders and customers.

This massive project was completed with just four resources. We had a project manager, two lead developers and a graphic designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were working within a very short timeframe for the size of the project and they worked crazy hard to meet our deadline and we were able to meet our phase one launch, which to be honest I did not think would happen going into this because of the size of the project and all that was included.

We had standups at a minimum of every other day, and some days we had meetings both day and night- they really did whatever was needed to make this all come together.

I was most impressed with the drive and dedication their team had with regard to working to complete this project and that included taking on some custom applications that are extremely unique to my industry and at times even go against the common ideas that come along with e-commerce.
