What challenge were you trying to address with Experoc?

We were drowning in customer support emails and couldn't think of any affordable option to use while staying on budget as a startup.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Experoc takes care of our online customer support while we focus on our core business activities. They specifically handle our email support along with our social media inboxes, allowing us to scale without worrying about losing leads or prospects. The team manages service inquiries, bookings and appointments, service descriptions, and solving minor issues related to clients.

We've spent roughly about $299 per month for six months.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've increased productivity by more than 60%, and our monthly revenue has almost tripled. We've managed to save more time and money at the same time. At the time, we were making around R145,000 per month. Six months after our solution went live, that number rose to just over R236,000, a 63% increase that moved us well on track to tripling our revenue over time.

How did Experoc perform from a project management standpoint?

Experoc's project management is great. Everything was super fast, and they delivered very well. We communicate via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Experoc handles everything for us. We don't have to worry about paying for any tools or stress ourselves about any implementation; they take care of everything. They have partnerships with some of the best CX software providers, which makes it even easier to trust them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Experoc could provide better analytics and demos for new users. They need to improve their features, especially on the basic subscription plans.
