We needed a professional digital marketing agency and a company that can build our very specific website for the launch of our new travel agency. Our board of directors decided in Q4 of last year (2024) that we need to revamp our website and scale up in terms of digital presence considering what our competition was doing in the last years. So we searched for a company to create a brand new website for us and deliver professionally on all the aspects of the development, design, engagement, retention and sales opportunities.  So I was in charge of the project.

We launched the first new web-pages in March 2025, and since then we have seen immediate results (as we were waiting for Version 2.0 of the website to launch too). The results reflected in much higher rates of engagement with potential clients (B2B) which we attribute to the strategy ExpandX crafted for us and implemented on the website. That was fully aligned with our marketing strategy. All that creates a steady flow of leads that we can work on according ot our Leads Qualification Process.

We were really impressed by how they have researched our industry and have properly addressed the specific needs and project goals we have covered in our brief. The feedback meetings after each one were really efficient as they provided us with great understanding where we stand in terms of progress and what are the fron-end and back-end details covered. We needed to have that as a key digital asset representing our business on the global market. When we entered into conversation with the management team of ExpandS we came to the conclusion that we also need to work on our overall digital marketing strategy. As the services delivery progressed towards month 4-5 we started seeing some real traction and results of all the marketing mix activities that ExpandX assembled together for us in a master strategy. We had increase in the number of MQL (minimum qualified leads) as per our own internal system, we had increase in number of total leads received on monthly basis, the quality of the inquiries started to improve towards month 6 of the services delivery as we were getting positioned at the right audiences with the right unique selling points and competitive advantages. 
We also saw improvement in the retention levels of inquiries that did not turn to customers immediately. So we have generally increased our business performance towards month 6 of the services delivery which was also due to the fact that the ExpandX team processed a serious improvement on all our digital assets, social media profiles, and website so that they all are aligned with the marketing efforts, the offering and the brand identity.

We received a detailed plan on the key goals, technologies, team engaged in the project work and the main deliverables/milestones. Separate team departments managed the different aspects of the project - design, web development, UX, IT admin, creative, etc. There was a project manager overseeing the overall process and progress, who also reported to us on a regular basis. 
Everything was delivered on time, communication was smooth and went all as expected and initially set as expectation. We were receiving on time each milestone delivery with detailed explanations on what was completed and what the next steps would be. Key deliverables included, our brand new website, a list of all key credentials we needed to administer and access the admin panels, a custom training on how to manage, operate and administer the new website (that was also video and audio recorded for easier know-how transfer). We were also provided with all the needed credentials for the analytical tools integrated to our website.

• Analytical Data form the first 2 months of the new website launch showed much higher engagemetn rates with the new web pages, while traffic volumes remained the same as what they were with the old website. That means the new website showed much better content structure and overall performance for the users visitign the web pages
• The key metrics of the website perofmrance were much, much better - loading speed, key GOogle Metrics, the SEO setup of the website, etc - it all shwoed much better performance which makes the website stand out professionally

We needed a brand new website with full ecommerce integration. That included the web design, the organization of the pages, the content, the technical software that would allow us to manage the eshop and the website in general as well as how the front of the website should be organized from a marketing perspective. That all had to be aligned with a marketing strategy execution plan and marketing mix of the services needed in order for the brand to effectively be launched and win market share. 

Those activities were split in to two major projects which were respectfully allocated to different teams of ExpandX - web development project and marketing project.

The marketing project was taken care of by the following teams at ExpandX:

Flawless work of all the team members at those departments as we've been provided a fantastic and very thorough marketing strategy plan outlining all the aspects of a professionally prepared and delivered marketing strategy. All the services were well aligned and planned to a very precise delivery schedule - content, timing, responsible departments, goals, KPIs, etc.

The web development project was taken care of by the web development, web design and the IT teams of ExpandX. We have been introduced to a very well structured delivery plan of five main delivery cycles, we were told what exactly will happen during each one of those, and how the development of the website will advance forward.

We have got our brand new website, which fully aligns with our branding concept and stands out among our competitors. The website is modern, fast, technologically advanced and passes all major Google ranking and quality tests. The first months of the marketing service delivery already show the needed and set goals for the KPIs milestones. 
ExpandX team works as per the strategy plan and we register progress with the marketing campaigns, and the services mix, and the users we attract to the website use it per the marketing funnels we have built. The team responds timely and effectively any time we have any questions, queries or when we need to adjust our work as per external circumstances.

No specific areas for improvement we can think of. They were busy with ongoing projects when we first approached them and we needed to wait a little bit to start the services delivery after the offers were accepted, but that actually signaled us that they are really good at what what they do and that is why they have a lot of work processed in their pipeline.
