I am the President of Employment Screening Services Inc. We do pre-employment background checks for companies world wide of all sizes

For what projects/services did your company hire Executech?

As our company grew and technology changed it was obvious that we could not manage our own IT and needed to outsource this to someone who could grow with us and ensure we were up-to-date on the latest technology and security. After interviewing many companies we decided on the Executech - we've actually been with them through 2 previous owners and continue to have the same high quality service - if anything it has gotten better over the years as both our company and theirs grew.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have a very complicated system of servers and software to manage our operations. Executech was the only company who proved to us that they knew how to handle both sides of our needs as well as quick response when we needed it. Being world wide, we have to have as close to 100% uptime with our systems as possible. They ensure we maintain that.

Executech has built our systems from the ground up. They recommend/design our servers and desktop systems and do all instillation. They do the same for our software.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Over the years we have dealt with every aspect of Executech's team. Each one is professional and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they go find out before recommending it. We have an amazing relationship with them for their online help as well as in-house service and support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just gone through our ISO-27001 certification. Working with the CyberSecurity team we hired to do this, Executech worked side by side with them to ensure we got certified with the lease amount of work on our end by doing all the back-end work and research as well as the write-up of everything needed. This was a huge 2 year project that could not have been accomplished without them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

AMAZING! I can't say enough about how well they work with us on everything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have so many needs and the way their team works, we always know that someone knows how to handle our systems as well as working with our people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Any company has it's issues at one time or another over the number of years we have worked with Executech. What I like is that I can call and talk to them about issues and they get on it and take care of it. This is a very key issue for us.

I’m the VP of finance of a company in the construction industry. We do concrete sawing and drilling.

What challenge were you trying to address with Executech?

We hired Executech to handle all of our IT needs. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Executech set up our computer network and maintain all of our software systems and IT-related programs. They’ve installed both hardware and software systems for us. The team works remotely, but they usually work on-site once a week to address the needs of everybody in our organization. 

What is the team composition?

We work directly with one of their service technicians every week. When we have special projects — such as moving and rewiring our server — they assign around 3–4 people to work with us. Our main point of contact is the project manager. 

How did you come to work with Executech?

We’ve been working together with Executech for 15 years — it’s been so long that I can’t remember exactly when we found them, but it was probably through word of mouth.

How much have you invested with them?

Our investment has been around $150,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2007, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since we’ve been working with Executech for 15 years, I don’t know what it’s like to be without them. Our team is happy with them. The team is highly responsive, addressing every single concern we have in a timely manner. 

How did Executech perform from a project management standpoint?

Executech’s project management skills are great; I haven’t had any problems with them at all. On top of that, they have great communication skills; we talk via phone calls, emails, and texts. They create tickets for us once we relay our needs and send them to me for approval.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness is impressive. Moreover, their resources are knowledgeable about our industry and are always here when I need them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have clear needs and expectations. As long as you relay your goals clearly, Executech will provide what you need.

As an individual running a small business, I wear multiple hats. Executech has allowed me to focus on other areas of responsibility by taking the focus on all my IT Managed Care concerns, projects and upgrades.

We have been with Executech for years. There are numerous groups in town, but I have found their expertise top notch and the customer care beyond exemplary.

We have a primary account rep, several support techs that have some on site, as well as special project reps.

Customer support. I know I can always reach someone to assist in solving any issues rapidly.
