I met Mike at a networking meeting. His explanations of what he did with a low stress, no sales pitch mentality but him right to the top. The business was in constant growth and I could not focus on both. Mike made all the right moves and put me at ease.

Complete overhaul. I had been facebooking and working on different projects for a year, so there was data and images for the website as well as information to show Mike where I had been going. He was able to translate to what I had do to where I was going!

Mike was my primary contact in the beginning. Now it is slack channel and one of the team -- all are competent!

Once we went live, I immediately began to notice more phone calls. The previous year we had about 7000 customer transactions, the year we started with Eternity it was 10k+. Not only has out customer count increased, but our sales have climbed every year that we have more that tripled sales since we started with Eternity.

They are very easy to work with. I believe they can read the room and know what the client can handle. As I certainly don't have the need to know the infinite details of a project like this - Mike took care of it!

Their responsiveness. They have been quick to help, correct and direct me when needed -- and always professional.

I took over this project when it was mostly finished, so on my end I was really just tying up loose ends and smaller issues we were facing with the site. Eternity helped me along the way and made sure I understood all the steps in their process to improve our website.

Already we're seeing an increase in request interest submissions, tour requests, and online applications. Like seriously..a HUGE increase in a matter of days.

We spoke primarily through Slack which was fine with me as I used Slack a lot in college and find it easy to use and navigate with.

How hard they worked to get this done. This was definitely a tedious project at times but Eternity really gave me the boost that was needed to get the new site up and running.

Our website was being mishandled by a large nationwide web services provider who specialized in non-profits (among others). Our goal was to find someone more responsive, who could provide us with a better website (in terms of design limitations and page load speed).

Website completed and live within 30 days. Hundreds of pages. Page load time cut in half. We have over 20 pages google ranked in top 5.

Initially worked directly with the leader, Mike, on scope and goals. Then assigned a direct development contact, Rob. Specialty tuning for google with Carlos. All very responsive. Issues were usually solved within minutes, over slack. After hours could take an hour, but always responsive.

They have devoloped a very integrated website for CMS, and a very responsive and proactive team. Training is thorough and on point and our stress is relieved because they are always available.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We actually could have been more prepared, for instance I didn't list some of the languages we needed for translation, but they took care of it no problem.

Our site was created around 9 years ago, and was beginning to feel a bit outdated and hard to manage on the backend. It did not allow for a lot of personalization and had a template feel to it.

In late 2020 we learned that our current hosting provider would stop hosting our page, so the whole "we will get to it" plan for the site became a "we have to do it" plan.

Our main goals were to get a more responsive site, update its appearance, customize parts of it to make it work for us, as well as look at rebranding if necessary.

We did a lot of reviewing of sites we liked, spoke to others in our industry as well as those with smaller businesses to see who did their sits then has a discussion with a short list of about 4 firms.

The glowing recommendations of current clients of Eternity, sites they have developed as well as their philosophy and intimate feeling they gave as to how they could be of help to us really put them over the top.

We had a kick-off meeting, with the different departments where they outlined the plans and what was expected of all parties involved. A Slack channel was set up to facilitate communication as well as sharing of files and ideas.

As each stage progressed the information flowed thru Slack (which was INCREDIBLY helpful to have it all in one place) until we finished.

They exceed our expectations, and we love our new site. It has all the elements and look we wanted, even though I did not know how to express what was in my head. Each state of the process was painless, and the only delays came from our side.

They are amazing! Each person was very clear in what they needed from us and in what format. They assisted us when we did not understand or when there were necessary modifications to requests. They hit all proposed timelines!

The site looks amazing, the follow-up and maintenance is painless and the backside is easy to navigate for us to make changes to content or updates as necessary.

We have worked with Eternity Web for several web designs over the last fifteen years. We have been very happy with their workmanship and customer service.

After a series of meetings to discuss our goals, we received a questionnaire from Eternity Web which really helped narrow down what we wanted to accomplish by creating a new website. Once the Eternity Web team had our answers, we reviewed them during a lengthy phone consult. Eternity generated a formal contract, and we began the new design as discussed.

It was an easy back and forth between their team and ours throughout the duration of our project.

Licensed mental health professionals are able to use Trusst to more easily expand their practices, help more clients, and augment their income in the face of declining reimbursements within the industry. I am the Co-founder and COO of Trusst.

Trusst's legacy website was fully custom built, cumbersome to manage and expensive to maintain. Eternity was hired to complete a fully site migration which included a user friendly CMS system.

Eternity's work surpassed my expectations. The new site looks better than I anticipated and the team solved a really tricky technical issue around our clinician application process. I'm really quite thrilled with the outcome.

Eternity created a detailed project brief before kickoff and we managed the deliverable cycle via Zoom meetings and Slack.

Our website had become outdated and needed an enitre overhaul. Eternity helped us from conception to execution.

How did you select Eternity and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Eternity out of a cometitive group of Web Developers, because of their responsiveness, their personable customer service, and most importantly, the way they immediately made us feel they had the best command of our scope of work. It was clear from the first conversation they had the ability and the knowledge to follow through with what we were looking for.

First we had to outline what we were looking for in our new website. We had to research other transportation sites and develop a style in keeping with our brand. We had to hire a photographer that provided the proper photos for the new site.

We had to have Eternity code the entire site and develop the features we were looking for.

There was a project manager who was our main point of contact. He was professional, capable and responsive. There was a copy editor who helped with conveying our messaging and there was the founder who popped in to answer any specific questions. In all Eternity engaged in wrap-around supports for us and kept the project moving swiftly forward at all times.

The end product is second to none. It is organized, visually appealing, and easy to maneuver through. We could not be happier with the end result. Eternity was able to do everything we asked in a timely, professional, stress-free, and even fun, fashion.

On the first day of launch we had customers using our new contact form. We have had an increase in applications for careers directly from our site. We have received general positive feedback about how useful and navigatable our new site is.

Eternity uses a platform called Slack to stay connected to the clients. It was excellent because it was easy to read through all of our collaboration, upload photos and documents, and stay on track.

The body of knowledge of each team member was evident. Also their ability to be passionate about our project, to share excitement, and have fun with the work made it especially enjoyable. We felt that they cared as much as we did about creating exactly the site we were looking for. They were able to be personable and professional, and that made the entire project smooth and successful.

At first the copy editing was a bit confusing, wrking in the Google Docs could have had a bit better flow and communication but we did get it worked through and all was more than well.

Eternity presented an initial proposal that accurately represented the scope of our project, laid out preliminary timelines, and identified key technology platforms. A series of kickoff meetings and the preparation of preliminary workplan documents helped to establish context for the project. Initial mockups were presented, refined, and converted to wire frames within the proposed timeline.

With top level design and navigation solidified, Eternity built a customized MODX content management platform with FoxyCart e-comm integration.

Eternity's team members were very responsive throughout the platform orientation process. Despite delays related to client content migration, Eternity remained engaged. Leading up to site launch, Eternity remained organized, accessible, and responsive. As a result, the site launch was executed smoothly with full confidence.

We have seen a 75% annual increase in e-commerce revenue in the (2) years following the launch of our new website. And, considering the platform's capacity for further development, we're optimistic about the potential for continued growth.

Everyone has their preferred set of tools -- there is a desirable efficiency that comes with stick to what's familiar. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Eternity did a great job in helping us make our Google Ads more efficient as well as make our website run smoother with the SEO work that they’re providing. In terms of lead generation, more qualified leads are coming in.

How did Eternity perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is one of Eternity’s strong points. They’re a friendly and responsive team. We communicate through Slack and if I have a question, they respond within minutes. They take into consideration the feedback that we provide in producing work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Eternity’s care and attention to detail are outstanding. They don’t feel like a run of the mill marketing agency that has a generic process for all types of clients. They are keenly aware of what industry we’re in and they are able to create the type of content and ads that fit with what we’re going forward with minimal instruction. My advice is to give Eternity as much information as you can about your industry and what led you to the point you’re at because they’re really great at comprehending where you stand and are able to make improvements. We use Slack to communicate and keep in touch with Mike and Kolby and the team is EXTREMELY responsive to our requests. I have messaged many weekends when I know there are limited staff and still have received instant responses, it really is quite nice.

I have known Mike professionally for a long time (decades) and it has been great to watch his team and company grow over the years. They have a great understanding of my area and business. Covid has been hard for everyone, ourselves included, and Mike has worked with me financially to ensure I have had no loss of accessibility to him and the team
