We have used Erudite for a number of projects. For a typical project, we meet with our Erudite contact to discuss the goal of the overall project/functionality we are hoping to add. We then connect on progress via update meetings. Once the solution is complete, we test it alongside Erudite to make sure it is functioning properly

We primarily worked with one Salesforce admin, but he also brought in team members to support him. Some Erudite team members also helped us build out our company websites

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build a number of impressive Salesforce customer objects with Erudite Works. One in particular is an invoice object, which has allowed us to seamlessly manage our client invoicing, including integrations with QuickBooks and other tools

We have meetings every Mon-Wed-Fri to keep up with projects and discuss next steps. This has helped us stay on top of the Erudite Team and ensure they are continuing to make progress on key items

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The constant communication and kindness of the team. We receive frequent updates that keep us on top of what is going on. It's easy working with the Erudite Works team, thanks to their kindness and responsiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not many. When it comes to testing solutions, there were times that Erudite Works failed to account for all possible break points in a solution, which led to some rework to ensure the solution was truly bullet-proof

We wanted to establish a seamless interaction channel between the CodeGreen customers with the internal team. The idea was to provide the customers with a more holistic view of their projects being worked upon by team CodeGreen. Also the internal team management process needed to be streamlined as most of the work were done in excel.

Enabling the client to work efficiently thru digitalizing their process that were cumbersome. Salesforce is used throughout the company and integrated with several different applications. Creating a customer community portal for the client to see their property and interact with CodeGreen.

The team has a pretty even composition of Senior Managers to Senior Developers, Front End Team, and QAs, available at disposal. They have dedicated resources that are focused on delivery.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is an ongoing project but what we have achieved in the last 1 year has been commendable and greatly appreciated by the client as well. We are gauging success based on an increased enhancement request that speaks volumes of the adaptability and ease of using the designed system.

The team has been really flexible and accommodating. Their turnaround is quick, so there is never a moment of uncertainty working with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company has some really good minds working for them. They have people who can switch roles on a need basis and are really capable of managing and delivering complex requirements. I personally like the transparency maintained by the team so as a client I am always aware of project status.

We have requested more resources for our other projects for which hirings have already begun, as told to us. So I think, if that is covered, we are in for good.

The pages and code developed have had a high impact for us in terms of platform functionality and user adoption. The pages designed were clean, and provide our project managers with the a powerful 'project on a page' view - incorporating complex data from across sales, PM and invoicing data tables.

Communication is excellent, with regular contact and updates on project progress. Communication was through Email, Skype, TeamViewer or Whatsapp - whichever suited the situation.

The team was totally committed to developing a solution that met our needs - they are strongly committed to customer satisfaction.

Clarity of lines of communication were a little confused early on - this was addressed as we went on.

They did a great job communicating with us and answering all questions. Even given the time difference I have always gotten my questions answered in a timely manner and been able to get demos and have conversations with them when needed.

The only issue I have had is getting a detailed bill that shows me what the bill equates to. They have fixed this promptly once I brought it to their attention. They are very committed to producing satisfied customers.

On this most recent Org Merge project, the client sent a very tight deadline four month deadline of June 1st. I could always depend on the team at Erudite to finish daily tasks to continue moving the project forward. We delivered the project two weeks early and after a couple days of HyperCare, both companies were working “business as usual” in their new combined Salesforce environments.

My style with the team is really based around communication through group chat. It’s how we work best being in separate locations. It allows for time communication. I set the tasks daily and the team completes them for the next day.

This team never misses a deadline. If I need something quick, they turn it around quick. If it’s a huge project, they take every step in stride and diligently work their way toward the finish.

In the meantime, while going through the requirements, experts from Erudite Works introduced us to the potential of Salesforce Commerce Cloud as a perfect solution to meet all our requirements, and we agreed to move with this platform. From there, the team started developing the custom features per our requirements, leveraging the Salesforce technology stack, including the Einstein AI and Sales Cloud. As the US market was adopting the Endless Aisle concept, we, too, favored it. For this, we were planning to link our system with this dynamic concept and sought their consultation. They responded to this concept and helped us track and monitor our existing sales components.
