The primary objectives were to establish a strong online presence, clearly showcase our security services, improve credibility with potential clients, and provide an easy way for visitors to learn about our company and make inquiries.

Entangle Software Private Limited handled the end-to-end website development for our security services company. The scope of work included requirement gathering and understanding our business and service offerings; UI/UX design aligned with our brand and the professional image of a security services company; design and development of a responsive, user-friendly website; creation of key website pages such as Home, About Us, Services, Contact, and Inquiry sections; integration of contact/inquiry forms to enable potential clients to reach us easily; basic on-page SEO and performance optimization; and testing, deployment, and final handover of the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Entangle Software Private Limited delivered a successfully launched, mobile-responsive website that improved our online presence and professional image. We saw an increase in client inquiries through the website, better user engagement, and positive feedback on the design and usability, confirming the project’s success.Although we don’t have exact analytics figures available, we observed a noticeable increase in client inquiries through the contact form and calls generated from the site. We also saw better user engagement, with more visitors exploring multiple service pages and spending more time on the website compared to before the launch. We determined the improvement through a combination of internal tracking and observation. After the launch, we reviewed basic website analytics and contact form data, which showed more page views, longer average session durations, and increased interactions with service pages. Additionally, we noticed a rise in inquiries and received direct feedback from clients who mentioned finding and navigating the website easily, which further indicated improved user engagement.

That said, they were always available to support us when needed, and it didn’t impact the success of the project.
