We saw a number of measurable outcomes that spoke to the success of the project. User engagement with the app went up by 5% following the integration of the e-commerce platform; we saw a further 3% increase in revenue during the first quarter since the release of e-commerce features. More positive user feedback and increased user satisfaction were seen in the convenience of buying health products directly in the app.

Moreover, there were considerable decreases in problems that had to do with payment processing, improving users' trust in the safety of the application.
