After the launch of the redesigned website, we noticed an increase in traffic, we also got more page views of the products. The overall feedback from our community about the new design was positive.

The workflow and communication with the team were very smooth and fast. We received emails every day with the description of results, had calls every morning to confirm each stage and discuss possible tricky moments. Also, we could check the process whenever we'd like in Figma.

I was concerned they wouldn't be able to "fun" or "cool" and would play it safe given the industries of the majority of their clients. But our team was blown away by their creativity from pitch to the first round. We ended up combining 2 concepts that we loved so much.

Providing their services as deliverables based on a set number of rounds vs. a sprint schedule so work doesn't feel as rushed or lose steam towards the end of the sprint.
