Yes definitely. Don't upload to live server without thoroughly testing it and go on holiday vacation!! It caused a MAJOR ISSUE and stopped our business operation.

The project management style was waterfall and communication tools used were Basecamp and general emails.

I was mostly impressed that they recorded several video instructions for us on how to use the CMS system that they have implemented for us. It was much easier to understand it watching it through a video than reading manuals.

Perhaps just a little bit more on explaining some of the necessary pre requisites for this project. Some of the terms could easily be misunderstood by people not familiar with this field.
